”Phoenix resort is a great place fir a staycation, great waterpark, nice staff, accommodating for extra fluffy parents and special needs guests, even has a chair to help with wheelchair transfers. ”This property is older but impeccably maintained. Staff is super friendly - especially Savanah, who greeted us with a smile and was helpful and kind in everyway. We had booked another 'resort' for the week only to cancel after one night. We were able to book a room at Tapatio Cliffs for the remainder of our trip and Savanah put us in the perfect room after hearing our stories of woe from the other property we had left. ”Right next to a busy freeway, will hear the road noises in the room. Our room was right next to the breakfast room and we had a hard time sleeping because of constant door slamming. The slams were so hard our beds shook. Also when people drag their luggage on the floors it is so loud. Could hear everyone talking as they passed our room.
