”The most important stay at Hilton Garden Inn is customer service. Especially, manager Christoper was very attentive, friendly and professional. He made myself and family feel at home as if we known him for a long time. Also the rest of the staff was welcoming. Thank you all.”

”The pool Furniture was run down and towels were not always accessible My room was not the cleanest with a ripped couch and missing items from the kitchen like utensils which would have been helpful with my family of 5 Breakfast was out of something daily Ie- ”yogurt, plain bagels, hasbrowns””

”I always feel cozy and "at home", while staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott. From the pool, to showers, to the bed, TV, and breakfast, I felt pampered and relaxed. Thank you Marriott for an enjoyable Staycation!!”

”The Springhill Suites in Escondido were great. The room was quite large and clean. The hotel is located near many places to eat that are walkable. Definiteley recommend if you are in Escondido”

”Elevator needs serviced. It took more than 5 minutes for me the other day to go from the third floor to the first floor. I was in panic mode the entire time afraid if was going to stop between floors. Would my work believe it if I was late for work? I take the stairs 100% of the time now!”

”Tucked away, this property had everything. And nice added touches to a suite with a kitchen. Although I didn't need all the extras, they were there. I felt safe, enjoyed the pool (warm), and the staff were professional and courteous. I will stay again. Thank you.”

”Room was clean and spacious but smells like you stepped into a historical archive. The room balcony door was open upon arrival and A/C wasn't turned on anywhere on the property so it was super hot. The A/C unit worked well to cool the room down after several hours. Complimentary snacks are provided in the room, which was a nice touch. ”This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had lately staying with hotels. Me and my family were treated poorly staff did not care about our needs due to booking through a third party. We arrived around 6pm and greeted by Amy. After being in our room for two hours I detected ants in the bathroom and a spider on the wall of the room. When we approached Amy she advised she was sold out she couldn’t move us .. we paid over 200 dollars for one night which I expect more from a property at this rate. I...
