”Location was great for our needs, room was clean although WATCH YOUR STEP when you enter (if you get the jacuzzi room) good WiFi too!”

”Bfast was ok. Coffee is Light Roast - but tasted good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bath is well set up. Extra Parking fees are absolutely outrageous. Walls are thin. Don't expect any requests in the reservation to be even considered. Wa asked for low floor, being older and one cannot do elevators. Nope. Top floor to carry luggage and all for four days. ”

”We have a big family and the suite comfortably accommodated 6 of us. The breakfast was great and the kids also had fun at the pool. We would stay here again for sure.”

”We were out of shampoo and conditioner in our room. It was hard to get a hold of somone to let them know. Then they didn't bring it to us we had to go to the front desk and get it. Our towels had black hairs on several of them. At breakfast there were bugs on the floor, the food was very lacking, and the dining area is so small its hard to share the space with so many guests. Customer Service was really terrible.”

”The room smelled very strong like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. When I turned on the AC a lot of what seemed like pet hair came out of it and filled the room. We left the door open and tried to get the hair out but the smoke smell never left. One of the new sheets had a cigarette burn in it and the front desk employee was very dry and showed no emotion to anything during our initial conversation at check in and when I went to go tell him what wangoingkn with the room.”

”Checked into a non-smoking room, and the moment I walk in it smells like smoke in the air, pillows, sheets, etc. Staff was nice and friendly which was great. Said it was a queen bed but looked and felt like a full. Fridge was very big and spacious and having a microwave was a nice addition, I will admit. No sound proofing in the walls so you can hear people above you (if on bottom floor) using running water, showering, or going up and down the stairs. Woke me up a few times in the night. TV...

”Plenty of stuff nearby. Restroom door could be fixed along with the pool door. Breakfast info should be updated instead of receiving a message after booking. Breakfast could use more options as it was lacking.”

”Ask for our room to be clean and no one showed up when reviewed with front desk. She said she'd make a note. Stay for two nights. They had the same exact breakfast every morning. On our last day jacuzzi broke and there were no towels out there for the pool and the pool's very small.”
