Very good location, easy to walk or take the public transport. Hotel room was ok however the air condition system was broken in the last night and it was very warm during the night. Amazing breakfast.

Siisti ja toimiva hotelli keskustan tuntumassa. Helppo poistua aamuruuhkassa omalla autolla. Aamupala monipuolinen ja huone siisti.

Messumatka
Sijainti lähellä messuja, kävellen 700m. Vanha kaupunki myös kävelymatkan päässä. Hotelli, ei hieno eikä huono. Sänky todella kova, aamupalan hintalaatusuhde kehno, paikan hintatasoon nähden. Baari ja alakerran ruokaravintola ihan kelvollinen. Korvatulpat mukaan, läheiseen sairaalaan kova liikenne myös öisin! Henkilökunta avuliasta.

Hyvä ruoka ja siisti hotelli!
Hotellin sijainti oli loistava ajatellen tarvetta. Ainoa negatiivinen asia oli, että kylpyhuoneesta puuttui hiustenhoitoaine ja superior huoneeseen kuuluvaa vettä ei oltu laitettu huoneeseen, piti pyytää erikseen respasta. Osaavat englantia hyvin ja neuvovat mielellään. Ruoka hotellin ravintolassa ja aamupalalla monipuolista ja hyvää ! Thanks to the hotel!

Korjaustyöt häiritsevät näköalaa ja parkkeerausta
Hotelli oli muuten hyvä, paitsi että ollessamme siellä ikkunastamme näkyi suuri rakennustyömää josta kuului ajoittain melua. Työmää myös haittaa autolla kulkua hotellin lähistössä sekä parkkeerausta. Hotellin parkkipaikat ovat myös valitettavasti kalliita. Muuten hotelli oli miellyttävä ja siisti.

Viihtyisä, rauhallinen, hyvällä etäisyydellä messukeskuksesta, pitkä matka vanhaan kaupunkiin.
Viihtyisä, siisti hotelli rauhallinen ympäristö, tosin hieman matkaa ostoksille ja vanhaan kaupunkiin kävellen. Ravintolan ruoka olisi voinut olla maukkaampaa,.... vaihtoehtoja enemmän. Ravintola melkein tyhjä illallisaikaan, ei kerää asiakkaita, useat menivät keskustaan syömään. Plussana: hotelli järjesti paremman huoneen kuin olimme varanneet, vaikka tulimme aamulla klo 3.30 hotelliin, lentojen ollessa myöhässä.

Vegetarians beware! They can suddenly and without changing signs add meat to vegetarian dishes. I've been having many breakfasts at this hotel, but suddenly when I was eating the baked beans I notice small non-bean shaped beans. These were pieces of sausage. The sign still said "Baked beans". They argued that it was normal to eat sausages with baked beans, which might be true but there was still a big tray with sausages right next to the baked beans, so it's not like they're missing out on the sausages. Hiding meat in an obviously vegetarian dish is NOT OK. Now, thanks to this hotel my 11 year vegetarian streak was broken.

Zimmer sehr klein , das Personal an der Rezeption gut , aber das Personal an der Bar eine reine Katastrophe, wenn man nach eine halben Stunde selbst nicht rein ist um was zu bestellen , würde ich bis heute noch da sitzen , wir waren 10 Frauen und haben bei dem schönen Wetter draußen auf der Terrasse gesessen und da war das mit dem Personal der reine Wahnsinn....

Amazing hotel, staff very polite and attentive. Special thanks to Oskar who had been extremely helpful and showed outstanding customer service skills, people like him are asset to the company. Hotel is located in heart of city centre close to all transport links (bus, tram, train) room i stayed in was quiet and spacious. Highly recommend
