Has a swimming pool and a small gym, stupidly in sauna it is not allowed to throw water on the stove. Otherwise like a bigger three star hotel.

The service was rather poor. The check-in took forever, there is a noisy construction yard next door which woke the hotel up at 7 a.m. The condition of the hotel is ok although it is a little worn out. the location was ok:ish close to a shopping mall and the metro line c.

Ensikäynti Prahassa oli positiivinen. Kaupunki on ihana. Hotelli oli hieman sivussa keskustasta, mutta kauppakeskus ja metroasema vieressä oli hyvä. Kulkemaan pääsi helposti joka paikkaan. Viereisen kauppakeskuksen alakerrasta sai ihania smoothieita. Taksin tilaaminen hotellin kautta tuli todella kalliiksi, joten sitä en suosittele kenellekään. Ja jo maksettu aamupala, mitä emme ehtineet lähtöpäivänä syömään korvattiin mukaan pakatulla, joka ei todellakaan vastannut hintaansa. Hotellilla syödyt aamupalat olivat hyvät ja monipuoliset. Aamupala toimi hienosti, kun henkilökuntaa tuli muun hotellin puolelta auttamaan pöytien siivouksessa. Ihailtavaa yhteistoimintaa!! Wifiä en käyttänyt, joten sitä en voinut arvioida.

Our stay was very welcoming and easy to get into the centre of Prague. We did find the facilities dated and does need to be more modern. The bathroom had a broken tap and hairdryer and the pool was dated. It was good for the price and the beds were comfortable. Aircon at night wasn’t great but overal good location and cheap stay.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber, lediglich der Duschvorhang hat unten etwas geschimmelt. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig (man hört den Zimmernachbarn telefonieren, wenn man im Badezimmer ist oder wenn der Fön genutzt wird). Die Lage ist super, lediglich 5 Stationen ins Zentrum mit der U-Bahn. Alles in allem empfehle ich das Hotel weiter.

Retro class
I stay here regularly on my trips to Prague, where it suits me to be based in this district. I absolutely love the decor - it really screams 70s/80s high-class Czech. It's a testament to how well they maintain and clean this hotel that they seem to be still using a lot of the furnishings from decades ago (I mean the taps in the bathrooms must be decades old!) Food is good, staff are friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend.

Alles prima. Immer genügend Personal an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück, an den Zimmern. Freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Englisch wird überall verstanden. Einzig beim Frühstück wurde das nicht benutzte Geschirr am Tisch gelassen und für die nächsten Gäste einfach wieder ergänzt. Nicht so prickelnd, denn hygienisch ist das nicht gerade.

Dear Ashish,Thank you for your review, but mostly for staying with us. We are very sorry for the issue with long waiting time for the elevators. Unfortunately we were practicing a technical-safety elevator’s check, so therefore the elevators had to be temporarily taken out of service for approx. 30 minutes. That of course could cause you an uneasy and uncomfortable situation and we are sincerely sorry for that. Booked a double/king-size bed for our wedding anniversary trip but on check in told they were all gone so only single beds available when I complained I wouldn’t have booked if I’d have known I was told it would be sorted… got to the room & 2 single beds had been pushed together it was so uncomfortable on our stay as beds kept separating throughout the nights, also room was facing a very large office block so could not open curtains as everyone could see in. There was some kind of chimney/ boiler outside window which rumbled 24 hours very noisy! Would not return to this hotel.
