”Hotel is in great location but not easy to find according to our sat nav which took us couple streets down. Parking is right in front. Room was really nice and well equipped. Hotel staff were friendly, nice and helpful when booking activities. I would recommend this place. Good parking right in front.”
”Dinner at the restaurant is fantastic! The Chocolate tour (5 min walk) was a great mid morning tour and very interesting - make and eat your own chocolate! The walk up to La Fortuna was challenging so ask for a ride of you need one. The owner was incredibly helpful and was able to get me a day pass to Baldi Springs for the locals rate :) ”

”Wir hatten eine Familienunterkunft mit zwei Schlafzimmern sowie eigenem Jacuzzi. Es gab zusätzlich eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen in einer wunderbarer Gartenanlage.
Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und zu jederzeit hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel ist der perfekte Startpunkt um Ausflüge in La Fortuna und Umgebubg zu unternehmen”

”If you are staying in La Fortuna, I cannot imagine a better option. We used it as a home base for all the usual activities in the area. For meals, we could cook right there (the Super Rosvil market is a short walk away) or we could go out to eat - there's Mario's place on the next corner for easy food, or an easy walk to downtown for lots of other options). Secure parking at the apartment beat trying to find parking in town.

”Lovely property, spacious rooms, beautiful landscaping and an excellent on-site restaurant which is not owned by the hotel, but independently operated. We ate breakfast there every mornng, and one evening had dinner there. Great food each time. Owner very kind and helpful. Mades left beautiful towel scupltures on our beds every day which was a delightful surprise. Would definitely stay here again. ”
”OMG! We just loved Chongos Place! The cabins are so cute and beautiful, clean with all necessities. The porch with the hammock was just our favorite place. The plants right outside the porch invite these beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies that we got to observe up close! And the pool was amazing, we spend hours in it each day. Great if you have kids (my daughter never wanted to leave the pool!)
And to top it all... the view of the Arenal is breathtaking.

”This 2 story rental villa has a great view of Volcan Arenal from the second story. It overlooks a farm with elephant grass used for grazing animals. The location is about 2 km south of the center of La Fortuna, so a car is necessary. It is close to several of the tour outfitters that do canyoneering and rafting. It is initially hard to see on your first visit (look for the Sapiens sign on Ruta 702) because the group of 3 houses are set 70 meters south of the road and accessed via a thin 1 lane...
