”We really enjoyed the location of our boutique hotel. Close to all or most of the restaurants etc. The only negative is the street noise as the windows are single pane. The free coffee at the reception and pastries in the morning is a plus.”

”Excellent service, good food and very clean and quiet place. Only the beach was a little rocky. ”

”Nunca hubo limpieza, creí que contaba con la limpieza pero no fue así, los 3 días nunca hubo alguien, las mismas toallas todos los días”

”Came for 2 nights but stayed for 2 weeks. Huge room, great hot shower, big smart TV, nice pool, and quiet at night. Will come back here for sure but Expedia price is a bit high compared to other websites. Check the prices.”

”Clean place, well equipped kitchen, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable. The only downside was that we had one set of keys for 2 people and that was a bit limiting at times…”

”Agréable d’avoir accès à une piscine quand il y a des sargasses dans la mer. On y dort bien et les serviettes de plage sont appréciées”

”We were very impressed with the staff and the facilities, such as the bars and the day spa. We were less impressed with the food at the on-site restaurants. The resort seemed to present itself as a boutique facility, but it didn't measure up to that standard when it came to the kitchen. Both the food quality and taste were much lower than expected. At times almost without flavor. Without major changes to the food options, we'd likely stay at the hotel again, but not at the all-inclusive...

”Excelente todo como siempre su servicio de laura nuestra mesera excelente 👌”

”It’s a beautiful setting with a private beach area with umbrellas and chairs but the accommodations are very lacking. The main issue is that the entire suite is not air conditioned. The bedroom is air conditioned. However there is a bathroom, kitchenette, dining table and a sitting area with two couches that are only cooled by a ceiling fan—no air conditioning—so they are miserably hot in the summer and only are only comfortable before the sun rising. It is an older hotel so a bit rundown.”

”We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were nicely decorated and spacey - the ones with balcony are especially pretty and comfortable (our group had both terrace and balcony rooms). The staff is very friendly and helpful with any of our questions and needs. The location is fantastic right by the ocean and just a few blocks from the main square so it's super easy to walk everywhere, including to the big supermarket Chedraui that is basically next door. Our kids loved the pool too! Although...

”The location of the hotel is excellent. Really on the beach. However, it has seen it's best days already, but the location makes it excellent value for the money. Rooms are simple, and the ones with balcony are ok. ”

”The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.”
