”The food was amazing! The best food we’ve had at an all inclusive report. No fighting for pool chairs. Very quiet and was not loud at all. Quivera steakhouse was delicious and staff was very attentive and professional. I would definitely go back! The only negative was on our last day our waiter at the pool was not attentive or friendly, and we had to flag him down numerous times to order food or drinks. ”This resort has systemic safety issues that management refuses to address. My daughter suffered a laceration from a broken, underwater tile in the pool, which medically restricted her from using the pool or ocean for the rest of our stay.
When I brought this to the attention of the executive management, they were incredibly nonchalant and dismissive. They characterized a documented safety injury as "superficial" and took zero accountability for the state of their facility.

”The presentation on line shows the resort so clean and beautiful. It was anything but this. The outside, entrance, front desk, flooring, etc was all very unkept and dirty. The front desk person tried to accomodate us with a 2 bed room that was dirty, full of gnats and out balcony was butted up against the tiki bar thatched roof so we looked at a roof covering our balcony, this was supposed to be an ocean view. No view except thatched leaves blowing onto our balcony with lots of bugs and dirt....

”The activities group is great and a lot of fun at the main pool. The golden pool has an amazing staff like Miguel. The rooms are clean, all staff is friendly and helpful! Selection of restaurants is great! The elevator in our building #1 didn’t work 98% of the time so walking to the third floor wasn’t fun multiple times a day. ”
