”This was a beautiful property that suited our family vacation well, accommodating six adults and five kids ranging in age from 11 to 19. It was low-key which I enjoyed, although the older teens would have preferred a little more to do. We went into Tulum where there's a vibrant night life, but it's also a 45-minute drive each way, which wasn't ideal. ”

”Traveled with a group of 6 and we had a great time. Had a 3 bedroom that gave us plenty of space. The water was amazing for snorkeling, kids loved the pool. Staff was great, favorite restaurant was the grill by the water and buffet for breakfast. The other restaurant for dinner was just okay, took at least 2 hours each night to eat dinner, service was very slow and food at times was not good. Over all minus dinner we had a great time”

I think the only problem was our safe, but that was about it, we loved the service from Jose from the sunrise bar and Luis from the pool bar. Luis from hibachi did a great job as well. Honestly the entire staff was great made us feel pampered all our stay.”

”We spend a few nights here just to relax and have a good time. And that we did! Overall, a comfortable experience where we did get our monies worth. The hotel itself was clean, and well cared for. The waiters and other workers were super welcoming. Must say that we got exceptional service from Fernando, he was amazing! In addition, it was super easy to visit the other reef resorts.
