”It was really nice that they set up our room with a nice tray of fruit and a bottle of Brut Champagne 🍾 for being a vip guest. Then for my birthday 🎂 they set the room up with balloons, a bottle of wine, fruit tray, and meat & cheese tray, and made a heart shape on the floor with rose petals. They also left a bag for my birthday with a tee shirt, a small basket of Mexican candy, Riviera Maya refrigerator magnet, and a printed up birthday card with name on it. The Concierge Ali was very sweet...

”Breakfast there are only a few choices and items being made fresh are definitely the way to go. Helios is the spot to hit lunch or dinner. Room service food was excellent and easy to order. Chic Cabaret was a good time. Pool is always clean and nice with bars on either end. Butlers in the villas are very helpful with any room accommodations or reservations. ”

”If you're looking for a five-star resort with a very natural feel, this is for you. The amenities, restaurants and staff are top notch. Still very equal friendly. It's an adventure, just walking around the property. Unfortunately, the ocean was full seaweed. The resort did have workers there every morning keeping the sand looking pristine.”
