”The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the pools and beachside access, along with the extracurricular activities presented. Beds were comfortable and staff attentive. Front desk staff could be a bit warmer, and not all were knowledgeable in addressing/resolving customer concerns. ”

Also David and Cielo my concierges, both were always there for everything we needed and more…
Raul from the lobby, all the cart drivers (specially the lady I can’t recall the name) she was the best!
The boat driver was top notch, the same with waiters and cleaning crew (our chocolate fairy god mother), thanks to all, we will definitely return! ”

”The location was amazing. We got the sea facing room which we really loved for the view and sound of waves. All of the staff members were great , polite, professional. The property was very safe and private. The deep cleaning was great, especially the helping lady, Reselida, was amazing. Thank you for hosting, i hope to visit again :) ”

”The staff was excellent; always willing to lend a hand or direct you to where you needed to go. Every need was taken care of for my entire family of 20, including a special beach bonfire for my 70th birthday celebration. Food was great and butlers arranged dinners for 5 consecutive nights at different restaurants where we could all dine together. All guests had swim out rooms so we could visit each other in the pools outside our beach front rooms. Everyone raved about the trip and no one...
