Motellit – Puerto Morelos

”We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were nicely decorated and spacey - the ones with balcony are especially pretty and comfortable (our group had both terrace and balcony rooms). The staff is very friendly and helpful with any of our questions and needs. The location is fantastic right by the ocean and just a few blocks from the main square so it's super easy to walk everywhere, including to the big supermarket Chedraui that is basically next door. Our kids loved the pool too! Although...

”Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Good air con.”

”The location of the hotel is excellent. Really on the beach. However, it has seen it's best days already, but the location makes it excellent value for the money. Rooms are simple, and the ones with balcony are ok. ”

”I personally would not stay here again. I thought the rooms were outdated and the staff wasn't very helpful. I have vacationed in Mexico many times and I have stayed at way better resorts.”

”Super!”

”The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more.”

”N/A”

”It’s a beautiful setting with a private beach area with umbrellas and chairs but the accommodations are very lacking. The main issue is that the entire suite is not air conditioned. The bedroom is air conditioned. However there is a bathroom, kitchenette, dining table and a sitting area with two couches that are only cooled by a ceiling fan—no air conditioning—so they are miserably hot in the summer and only are only comfortable before the sun rising. It is an older hotel so a bit rundown.”

”Loved that property was very clean and room service was done every day as far as cleaning room. If you are looking for that outdoor area and beach open spaces area , this is it. Staff was always available and treated very nicely. Breakfast buffet was excellent and waiters’ service was great. Also the juice service was really tasty. Cannot say much about other amenities because I did not use them.”

”We enjoyed the 10 days we stayed. There was quite a bit of construction/ renovation going on every day but we learned to deal with it. The room was very nice and the staff did a great job keeping it clean and neat. We will be going back in the future.”

”Excellent service, good food and very clean and quiet place. Only the beach was a little rocky. ”

”Excellent staff with the kids”

”Habitación muy limpia, el lugar muy lindo y tranquilo.”
