It was a nice appearance when I arrived. The room was great but the beds were very hard. I had brought my daughter to the kid water park on site which was a great idea but wasn’t well maintained at all. The steps were rusted and the rubber was coming off of the play structure exposing the kids to metal and the pool surface tiles were falling off. I got food poisoning from the seafood restaurant and had to miss my massage appointment. The next day I wanted a salad so I went to the buffet and there I had found a moldy cucumber in my salad so I threw the whole thing away and didn’t eat on the property for the rest of my stay. Upon check in they had offered me a golden ticket (200$) credit that I never received. They also asked if I would like aroma therapy and I agreed and selected lavender but did not receive that for any of the days I was there and I later realized it was definitely needed due to excessive sargassum. When I was checking out they tried to charge me 200$ for the massage I didn’t receive and I missed my flight due to them arguing that I needed to pay just to turn around and retract the statement as more guests came in. Also I had called ahead of time because it was me and my partners 5year anniversary and I requested they do something special nothing major a card would have been nice. They agreed on the phone and I brought it up again at check in and never got anything special I felt played if that wasn’t possible I feel that could have been stated. Go elsewhere!
