If you want a relaxing vacation with good food, good customer service and a peace of mind.... This is NOT the place.
If you're lucky, 2 out of 10 employees provide good service with a smile. All employees need training asap, specifically in the arena of what professional etiquette is.
Our first assigned room smelled terrible. Mind you this was the "luxury" suite. We had to request to get a different room.
The food was not appetizing at all. Let me emphasize..it was not good! there is some sort of VIP club membership. If you are part of it, you will get access to all the other restaurants in the hotel in which of course the food is better and provides variety. The staff will tell you and swear up/down that this is not true. we got the talking to a few of the employees (while we tried several times to get a reservation) that only those with this exclusive club member access get to reserve in the restaurants. They even went on to say, that even if you do become successful in geting a reservation as a normal client , a client with the exclusive membership can essentially bump you off the list. So what does this tell the regular client... All you'll be eating is food from the buffet, which will be the same food over and over . Unless you fancy eating from the sports bar which is even worse than the buffet. We had to leave the resort to get a decent meal.
Staff will tell you they have 13 culinary alternatives, and they do not.
