Casa Carlota sijaitsee Pilitas Streetin umpikujassa vain 2,5 korttelin päässä rannalle ilman portaita. Oletuskartanäkymä on harhaanjohtava, se näyttää, että huoneisto on kelluva keskellä mitään. Zoomaa tarkempaan sijaintiin ja läheisyyteen rannalle.

Rakennettu vuonna 2015 ja viimeistelty vuonna 2016, hyvin nimitetty, ulkoilma-käsite, 1 makuuhuone, 1 kylpyhuone Penthouse condo sydämessä Puerto Vallarta suosituin naapurustossa; Zona Romantica, gay- ja perheystävällinen, englanninkielinen alue.

Kolme minuuttia Puerto Vallarta suosituin ranta; Los Muertos, jossa ei ole portaita kiivetä tai laskeutua matkoilla. Ruoka ja juoma tarjoillaan sateenvarjoilla rannalla. Vain 2-5 minuuttia Olas Atlasin ja Basilio Badillo: n ravintoloihin, palveluihin ja yöelämään, mutta silti piilossa Pilitasin päässä; umpikujainen, enimmäkseen asuinalue, cobble-stoned katu.

Location and Unit Were Great

The unit was clean, had plenty to feel comfy in, we loved the rooftop area and the location was great. It was close enough to the beach and town, but not too close to where we could hear too much commotion. We would definitely stay again.

A Wonderful Stay in Puerto Vallarta

We recently stayed at this apartment in Puerto Vallarta, and it exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. Highlights of the Stay: 1. The apartment is in a fantastic spot—close to attractions, beach, restaurants, right in the heart of Zona Romantica,making it convenient to explore the area. 2. The space was spotless when we arrived. The furniture was comfortable, and the décor gave a warm, inviting vibe. 3. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully-stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, pool, laundry. 4. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunsets over the ocean. It was one of our favorite parts of the stay. 5. Great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here! It’s on a quiet street away from the noise but still close to all of the restaurants and bars! Easy to walk everywhere. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The balcony has great views at night. Charlotte was very responsive when I had any questions. I will definitely stay here again!

Great Hosts & Location!

The previous reviews for this condo are spot on! Great hosts, good location, good view, nice pool, unit well maintained and clean. The hosts, Charlotte & John, are responsive and really helpful. They offered good suggestions for visiting the neighborhoods and the many restaurants close by. We walked where we wanted to go - no need for a car. We particularly enjoyed our visit to the botanical gardens South of PV. Well worth the visit; lunch and gift shop very nice. We were glad we stayed in a neighborhood and not at a resort. We recommend this unit and hosts. A very enjoyable trip. Thank you.

Great vacation property

When there was any issue, John was very accessible and communicative. This unit had a view of the water from the balcony and is located at the end of a street. The elevator had issues multiple times, but if you travel to PV you must be ready for stairs, hills, and climbs. I would stay here again on my next trip 👍

We have stayed at a few other places in the Romantic Zone but this particular ambience was the best. We were able to really relax and rebuild. No stress in communication and we were able to navigate the hills. People were friendly and so kind. Loved our little vacation! Thanks so much.

Great Experience

Stayed at Bella Loma for 3 nights. The experience was first-rate from check-in to check-out and the unit was exactly as depicted in the listing. All communications to the owners were answered very quickly. The location is super convenient to many neighborhood restaurants, several of which we tried at the owners recommendation. The unit was very clean with all of the amenities for a relaxing visit. We used the roof-top pool twice, which was a very nice feature. Walking to the beach was less than 10 minutes and brings you to the middle of everything. Very easy to see why this unit has such a high rating and great recommendations. If back in the Romantic Zone, would definitely try to stay here again.

My partner and I enjoyed staying here and I would recommend for one or two people. The hosts were very quick to reply to our questions and were very helpful. We loved the pool at siesta time and would certainly recommend to friends and family.

First Class!

Lovely condo that is so well thought out, decorated and supplied. Properties like this encourage us to treat it like our own home. The cleaning staff were wonderful but it is nice to have proper supplies to take care of everyday living - wish more home stays would do the same. Located at the end of a random little street is this gem. I’ve stayed in the building before but not in this unit. One block from one of the main neighborhood streets, Olas Altas, you have everything in this condo. Sunset balcony views, a small pool and nice sun deck one floor above, Wi-Fi and cable/Fire TV in both the living room and bedroom. John and Charlotte made everything easy. I’ve been coming to PV 3-4 times a year for 15 years. This is a great location.

Comfortable, clean, and a view

The property is just as described. We loved our stay. The owners were responsive to any questions, and housekeeping service is provided more frequently than is typical with Vrbo rentals. The rooftop pool is refreshing and offers a fantastic view. We have stayed in this building once before. We truly love the location. It is walking distance to all of the restaurants, shops, entertainment & nightlife, and the popular beach Playa los Muertos. Yet the condo is on a quiet dead-end street. This condo has a nice partial view of Banderas Bay, from the balcony or from inside through the glass balcony doors. It is supplied with everything that you need. As a BIG bonus, owner John helped us to find a perfect condo for long-term lease, so we can be in PV even more often!

This is an exceptional value, a quiet space and very well planned space.

You might worry that this is off the beaten path or too close to the highway, but the truth is that it is just around the corner and out of the noise (the buildings and mountain block all highway noise) of everything you want to access. Several items stand out at this property. The hosts communication and knowledge of the areas is exceptional, the building is meticulously cleaned and secure. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Nice get-away

The unit was very small, but just right for two people. Great location close to beach, restaurants, walking around. Rooftop pool was a real plus. We had problems with the check in, which was totally our fault. John and Charlotte got right back to us with instructions. We'd love to make a return visit!

Perfect

We've traveled all over the EU, US and have been to PV many times. This rental was wonderful. The kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry, balcony and the pool made for a delightful, relaxing stay. The view from the rooftop pool was lovely- we could see the parasailers and the sea. Sitting on the balcony having coffee in the morning with the overhead fan going was nice. It's near a road but you never hear a thing in the apartment. When it's time to return to PV for a relaxing break in the middle of the Romantica Zone- we will definitely stay here again.

Everything about this place is great

The location is perfect, an easy walk to the beach, and easy walk to dining and nightlife yet far enough away to be quite at night. There are no stairs of steep hills to get to the condo. The condo has a great ocean view, comfortable bed with quality bedding, fluffy towels and a well stocked kitchen. The rooftop pool also has a great ocean view. Communication with hosts was great and check in / check out were easy. We stayed for a week and would book this place again.

John was a great host. I arrived to a perfect location far enough away but still close to everything. The condo was clean and stocked with anything you may need.
