”The staff is amazingly polite and helpful fromthe time you exit the vehicle your family. Wonderful place for relaxing, but if your looking for partying excitement this isn't it. The food was good ,but the buffet needs more meat options other than pork. We still a blast and the swim out suite was amazing.”

”We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel! Everything was perfect for spending both Christmas and New Year here. There was plenty of great entertainment and activities, so there was always something to enjoy. The staff were truly wonderful so friendly, kind, and always helpful. A special thank you to Rosalba, Saimy, beach bar workers and even though I can’t remember everyone’s names, there were so many lovely people who made our stay extra special. This was a perfect holiday in every way,...

”Inconsistent staff, language barriers with most staff, not “all inclusive “ many things had additional charges, poor communication with what to expect as new guests to resort, lots of walking, tons of seaweed on beaches at all times making some water activities unavailable, staff unfamiliar with duties of basic drink refills for meals, food was always plentiful and excellent, loud groundskeeping staff, many areas unclean/not kept up with, inconsistent bar staff, many drink errors on house...

”One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.”

”First time in the Dominican Republic and the Westin did not disappoint! Beautiful facility, well maintained and the staff was excellent. The beach was immaculate and beautiful, although there was some seasonal seaweed so be aware of that. The food was fantastic, both at the breakfast bar and the Arena restaurant (try the short rib!). Both family and couple friendly, and it never felt crowded. Five Star!”

”Tilava huone ja hyvä sänky. Upea hotellialue, kuin pieni kylä. Kiitettävästi ravintoloita ja baareja, ihana kahvila, keilahalli yms. Henkilökunta paikoin ystävällistä, mutta tippirahaa kannattaa varata mukaan paremman palvelun takaamiseksi... Oma concierge aivan huippu, meillä loistava Derlin joka auttoi aivan kaikessa! ”
