" The room was a bit different from the one in the picture, but similar and clean. It’s better to come to breakfast early, because around 9 a.m. everything starts to run out and they don’t refill the food unless you ask. If someone is too shy to ask, they’ll be left without anything to eat. The lamps on the wall and the switch didn’t work, so we had to use only the switch in The hallway. The staff is very friendly and always accommodating, fulfilling any requests. They even gave us a free Istanbul card so we could top it up and use public transportation. A big thank you to the receptionist! They helped us carry our suitcases up to our room, as we were on the top floor and found it difficult.
