”Very understanding and accommodating staff. Due to several flight delays they allowed me to check in late after midnight. Quiet and peaceful but far from the city. Probably needs a shuttle bus to transport customers from the airport and back. I was satisfied with my overnight stay.”

”My family enjoyed the stay . We didn’t like the STRONG SMELL Of urine from our bathroom . I requested it be clean & it seemed like they came in and made it worse . So I had to buy my own cleaning supplies and get it together . Other than that , we had a great time . The breakfast buffet and made to order omelets were AMAZING. ”

”We had prepaid our room in full. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist charged our card for the accommodation. He didn’t tell us that he is charging the card. We thought that the card was swiped for incidentals. We called the reception to ask why this was done. He claimed that he had not charged the card and no apology. ”The room was very spacious and comfortable. Loved having a sitting room with a tv and the bedroom had a tv. Hubby watched sports and I watched Friends. The kitchen wasn’t stocked but it had what we needed. ”

”Amazing!! The two pools and facilities are great, breakfast is good and have all you need and more, worth the price. Room is clean and big; we took a room with a king bed and a sofa. The sofa was mad before we arrived and enough towels. The front desk was so helpful and kind, need to mention Mis Madelena who provided so much info that made our visit in Lisbon enjoyable. ”

”I loved this hotel!!! The staff were so kind and super helpful! I took advantage of the shuttle service also super helpful! Hotel breakfast was good just want to see more options. The pool was a little small but it was very clean and towels stocked. 24/7 gym was nice. The staff were so helpful and kind they always made sure we had what we needed. 10/10 experience highly recommend! Fairfield inn and suites o hare! Love it! ”
