”The staff was very professional and kind. The rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious with made to order omelets each morning. There were lots of families with children staying so the pool was a little murky on Friday night but was clean when we went back on Sunday.”

”We had prepaid our room in full. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist charged our card for the accommodation. He didn’t tell us that he is charging the card. We thought that the card was swiped for incidentals. We called the reception to ask why this was done. He claimed that he had not charged the card and no apology. ”The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm.”

”The pull out bed had blood on it. Absolutely gross didnt realise till it was midnight and had to he up at 5am. So gross. Also booked a suite with 2 beds and a pull out bed and got 1 bed and a pull out bed. Not what i ordered.Pool was nice and warm.”
