”Love the made to order breakfasts with huge variety of things to pick from. If you can’t find something you’re too picky. The evening manager reception also nice added feature with 2 free drinks/person and they had different appetizers with that every night. The staff was all working very hard and everyone we encountered were very pleasant. No complaints about anything! ”

”I would recommend for a weekend stay. The green surroundings are beautiful, I greatly enjoyed the time outdoors. Friendly customer service. Room noise cancellation could be a bit better. At least during a weekend, there are a lot of families so be prepared to share the swimming pool with children running around ;)”

”Staff was friendly, informative and helpful. We couldn’t figure out how to work the air conditioner. After telling the front desk staff, someone came up and showed us. I was disappointed that plastic water bottles were given out at check in. Plastic is so toxic to the environment, There’s nothing wrong with the water at this location. No plastic bottled water is needed for the guests. ”

”We had prepaid our room in full. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist charged our card for the accommodation. He didn’t tell us that he is charging the card. We thought that the card was swiped for incidentals. We called the reception to ask why this was done. He claimed that he had not charged the card and no apology. We get a message when something is charged on the card. On the day of the departure accounting department said that they will remove the charge. It took more than 2...

”Wonderful stay the property well maintained and quiet. The staff was helpful and curious. They room was beautiful with plenty of outlets and clean. They have the best shower. Great fitness center clean spacious with a yoga area that lets the sun in. Highly recommend will definitely return on next trip to North Chicago.”
