”Sauna and steam… about 8 unsupervised kids running in and out…staff don’t deal with this. The sauna and steam are way too small for the size of the hotel. Steam holds about 7 people. Inconsiderate guests lay across the sauna bench and steam when they can see people trying to come in and people have to go back out. Reception staff very pleasant but when taking the holding deposit they don’t tell you how much they’re taking, just swipe your card. Room adequate. Breakfast sausages were tough coffee...

”Overall: Good stay, but limited food options
The breakfast here was really excellent — fresh, tasty, and plenty of choice. That was definitely the highlight of my stay.
However, the lunch and dinner options are quite limited. The menu is mostly sandwiches, pizza, pasta, and steaks — not much variety at all. In my opinion, the food just isn't worth the price. On the plus side, the drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel.”

”For $1,000/night, there are a few things I would expect to receive, such as valet parking, fully trained staff and maybe an update to very tired room decor.
Everyone was very friendly, our dinner at The Latymer was sublime, the spa facilities are quite nice, but the whole place is in dire need of a facelift and a comprehensive staff training...”

”Excellent and clean, modern hotel with all the necessary services, and a great restaurant.
The hotel Wifi is untrustworthy. I am working globally with delivering remote training programs and facilitating events online. I had chosen this hotel while reading up on that they'd offer an executive wifi package. Unfortunately that is not available. The wifi was fine (20 Mb) until 3pm when all guests started checking in dropped to (3-5 Mb). My facilitation was disrupted and I had to go down to the...

”My wife and I stayed here for our minimoon and enjoyed the architecture and views of the surrounding hills. What a lovely place to reset and the team were so helpful and accommodating. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and spa were a treat!”
