Mahtava hotelli lähellä kaikkea
Yli 100 v vanha täysin remontoitu rakennus aivan keskustassa. Kauniit siistit huoneet (6-7 kpl), erinomaiset vuoteet, kaikki tarvittava. Runsaat aamupalatarpeet ilmestyivät päivittäin jääkaappiin, tuore leipä aamuisin oven taakse. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta jolla oli aikaa neuvoa ja jutella. Ihan toppen!

Perfect start to our tour of Iceland
We had a wonderful one night stay at Reykjavik Residence. Great way to start a tour of Iceland! We were warmly welcomed on arrival and got our room immediately already at around midday. We also got a complimantary upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite which was great as we were traveling with our 8y old daughter. We also got a free parking space (anyway, street parking in Reykjavik is not expensive...). This was probably due to the fact that we were traveling during the low season. The breakfast bag that waited us in the fridge was perfect (the fresh bread arrived to our door at 7:20am). Would highly recommend the hotel for a family stay. Only (very) small minus was the lack of any nice view from the room.

Kaikin puolin positiivinen kokemus
Hyvä sijainti rauhallisen kadun varrella mutta lähellä pääkatua. Sängyt hyvät, samoin kylpyhuone, kaikin puolin siisti hotelli. Hotellissa ei ole minkäälaista ravintolaa vaan erikseen tilattu aamiainen on jääkaapissa valmiina korissa josta itse valmistetaan/nautitaan. Tuore leipä tuodaan ovenkahvaan. Kaupungilla lähellä kyllä paljon aamiaispaikkoja. Vastaanoton palvelu erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta.

It felt like my own little apartment. It was cute and very elegantly decorated. The staff were enormously welcoming and accommodating, even when I arrived at 4:30AM because my flight came early.

Great property! Homey and full of amenities. Loved the breakfast basket. Clean and fairly easy to find (alley was challenging with unloading luggage-we we’re worried about being towed) Wish there were 24 hour parking options for nearby, instead of paying meters by the hours and worrying about tickets… All in all a great rental and we would definitely return!!

If you’re looking for a delightful place to stay in the heart of Reykjavik then this is the place! The apartments were incredibly clean and had all the comforts of home including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, blow dryer, toaster, iron etc. The bedding was plush and relaxing with down comforters and ample pillows. The rooms are spacious and tidy. The soap, conditioner and body wash were premium quality. Every day, there was a delicious basket of assorted fruits, cheeses, vegetables, jams, chocolate, hard boiled eggs with a smiley face on them 😊 Icelandic butter and every morning at 8am fresh bread is delivered to your door! You really don’t need to even buy food for your stay! There is street parking or garages within walking distance for a small charge. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. There is a business center and small refreshment area in the main office.

This property exceeded our expectations and honestly made me wish we were spending more than one night! The location is perfect, close enough to walk to the "downtown" shopping area in Reykjavik, but still quiet. The room itself was great - very clean & bright. We didn't use the kitchen for any cooking, but it looked very well equipped. Having a coffee maker (and coffee provided) was a nice touch. My only (very minor and easily remedied) complaint might be that we only asked for one key, not realizing at the time that since our apartment was through a courtyard, a key was required three times to gain entry to our unit (2 exterior doors the unit itself). Not a big deal, until my husband ran an errand without the key and on his return, our son ran down to let Dad in... luckily our son realized the key thing before he stepped into the courtyard, otherwise he would've literally been stuck in the courtyard area without a key to open either door. Definitely get more than one key and/or get their key-card app on your phone (if you have cell reception). Otherwise, flawless visit - 5 stars, definitely recommend!

Stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for pur family vacation to Iceland. We can't say enough about how excellent this place was! Fresh bread every morning and breakfast basket in our fridge made it wonderful to enjoy breakfast in the apartment every day. We even used some of the food on the go for lunch. They also included vegan items for my wife. Super clean place within walking distance to everything. We would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful place.

The hotel lobby staff went above and beyond for us. They were able to offer my family a safe and comfortable spot to nap before our room was ready. They were even able to get our room ready before the normal check in time. The room was clean and comfortable. We fit two adults and two children (10 and 12) inside comfortably. The hotel is located close to bus stop 14 for tours. It’s a very good location to walk around the city.
