”This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London. The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :) The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London, but...

”This property is situated right on the Thames which allows walking access to all kinds of restaurants and shops! It's also convenient to get down town to the center. It has great access to views, especially the Richmond View Point. A beautiful coffee/bar place inside the property offering all sorts of options! A fantastic place to rest and relax for a journey! Night life was also assessable just blocks down!”

”Henkilökunta oli todella hyvä ja todella huomioiva. Huone oli siisti ja tilava. Sijainti oli rauhallinen, mutta hieman syrjässä esimerkiksi ravintoloista. ”

”We had the most enjoyable stay at this hotel. Hotel staff were just amazing, the reception ladies went out of their way to make my sons birthday memorable with balloons, card and a little gift. This was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again in this hotel.”

”Great pub atmosphere”

”It’s very good value and well situated in terms of transport networks for London with Twickenham and all its amenities on the doorstep. Staff are friendly and attentive. Ideal for people looking for somewhere that provides all the basic necessities at competitive prices.”

”We stayed in a garden room at the hotel, and this was fine for a long weekend's stay and I'd happily use it again. The room was clean and tidy with good furnishings. The en suite bathroom too, was well appointed. There were some tea and coffee making facilities which we made use of and were fine. The location was ideal for us. Easily walkable from the railway station and very close to the river, bridge over the Thames and its associated amenities. It is also within easy walking distance of...

”This is a self service "hotel". It is actually a house that has been repurposed into a "hotel" and seems to be in a residential neighborhood. We booked it because our flight got cancelled at Heathrow and we needed a place to stay for 1 night and we needed it quickly. "Heathrow" is in the property's name so we made the assumption it was close to the airport and it was actually about a 15-20 minute cab/Uber ride. We didn't interact with Staff as all information was provided via WhatsApp -...

”Great service, we’ll be back :) ”

”The room was comfortable and there is a nice friendly feel to the place. In the morning they leave a basket outside the room for Continental breakfast ( croissants, cornflakes etc.) Unfortunately there was no milk in the fridge and seemingly only cleaning staff on duty when I checked out around 9.30 on Saturday morning.Apart from that it was a pleasant one night stay.”

”Food choices very limited, tired hotel need some updating. Good Location”
