The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha.”

”When I arrived at the room, I immediately noticed that the toilet was clogged. I notified the staff, and they told me they would move me to a different room—something that NEVER happened. I went to speak with the woman working in the lobby, and she was incredibly rude. She told me that the only thing she could do for me was hand me a plunger so that I could unclog the toilet myself. I told her that I absolutely would not do that, as I had paid for a clean room with all amenities in working...

”The staff was nice and available as advertised but the entire place does not have nearly enough good qualities to make up for the fact that the rooms are disgusting. It seemed fine enough on the surface until we checked the floors and mattress. The floors weren't even swept and the mattress itself looked like it was borrowed from a dumpster behind a brothel- stained and smelly. There were also clusters of black dots in all corners of the mattress just under the sheets which looked like bed bugs...

”I did not use the gym so I cannot comment on that. I will say that the hotel was nicely furnished, very clean, the staff was efficient and helpful, my room was equally nice, clean, and comfortable-nice sheets, good mattress, nice towels, and handy accessories like coffee/tea machine, hand cream etc.”
