”This resort was beyond my expectations. Starting from the smooth check-in process with the incredibly nice staff. They are all bilingual so no need to stress about your lack of Spanish proficiency. They are very patient and super attentive. There is a money exchange kiosk in the lobby so it makes it safe and convenient for all guests to exchange large amounts if necessary. ”While there was an issue at check-in (no record of my free breakfast, and an additional $15/night fee which was more than the $12/night previously emailed), hotel management made it right. The staff and the service was fantastic, as was the food. The hotel is safe and the view from the room was fantastic! It was weird sharing a balcony with another room, but luckily we never saw or heard our neighbors. It's a lovely place, ESPECIALLY as an Expedia VIP member with the perks!”

”This resort was overall pretty good, a little dated and lots of stairs for rooms on upper floors as there was no elevators. Being close to the beach and having lots of options for kids made it a great place to spend a week. We enjoyed our stay.”
