”Room clean. Food, drinks and staff very good. A/C SO loud, I had to turn it off to sleep, then woke up sweating, ugh. Rooms need soundproofing, very noisy from hallway and other rooms. Woman talking so loud for over an hour from neighboring room around 6 am. Pool area is set up nicely. Lots of trouble checking in and out. Apparently Expedia didnt send the reservation to them. ”The best part of our stay was the friendliness of the woman who checked me in. Very nice. The room? I'm sorry to say, not so much. An immediate smell of beer hit you when u walked in. While the room was clean, the basic amenities were poor - a lamp that once turned on, couldn't be turned off all night. A two-prong charger in which only one prong could hold a standard plug (for a cell phone). When I couldn't charge my phone there, I found a 6-port extension unit (for the microwave, refrigerator,...

”Property was located near many retailers and eateries, hotel was clean, it was under renovations, but other than seeing workers moving materials you would not know it. I can't say for sure, but I believe our room was one of the rooms which had been renovated based on the condition of the furnishings. Kitchen was very nice and is a plus for anyone with an extended stay.”

”First of all the ad is deceiving that there is a fitness gym and pool when in fact these are not opened and in active working condition. Second, when I got to my room there were just lot of missing things and items such as chair for the table, ironing board, ice bucket, microwave. And the following day when I came back from work, my contact lens case is missing. I reported it to the front desk staff immediately and the following day they said that the housekeeper didn’t see any contact lense...
