Dear Guest,Thank you so much for taking time to write review for your recent Biancoreroma B&B in Rome,We really appreciate for nice word, Biancoreroma B&B it's small B&B in old historical building in rione monti were we are not allowed to put big sign.Also we would like to make clear regarding information our B&B ,in the confirmation of reservation it's written very clear the address, interiore block and also floor , also contact number for any information, we have everyday room cleaning and bedsheets, towels will change every 3 days not everyday, everyday changes available with extra cost and that's also written in service, I have changed personally after two days on you request without asking any extra charges but we really appreciate for your feedback and we would be happy to welcoming you in the future.Kind regards

Dear moyen, Thank you so much for taking time to review our property, we are really appreciate for your nice words regarding your stay with us, we would like to underline negative experience of your stay, we are small bed and breakfast not a hotel were its not possible to provide a buffet breakfast and also no were written, second things breakfast its extra service for our guest and for that we do not ask any extra cost. regarding your experience in elevator, we are in old historical building and in the Rome center most of all building have old elevator with maximum capacity of 2 to 4 person you were stuck in the elevator as the door wasn't close as need to be close, as soon we have received your massage via Expedia within 10 minutes the first thing i have did to call you on the number which is you have mention on the reservation also via whatsapp but no body answer more then 10 times i have called. all emergency and private numbers are working 24hrs we don't know which numbers you have called. after all i have personally call other guest at 22:30 pm to check if you were still in elevator, we have did all the things to resolve the problem. what we ask is not to misguide people with wrong information and to provide always the contact number which is work for any emergency people can contact you. we hope to have any opportunities to welcoming you in the future Thanks with best regards
