Enjoy Your Stay -187 sqm apartment between Vatican and historic center

We proudly offer our owned property !
The apartment is very well organized and completely restored in February 2022.
Going down 11 steps there is the private entrance to the house. Upon entering we find a large living room complete with sofa beds and smart TV, with adjoining dining table, full kitchen with everything needed for cooking (pots, pan, electric oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher).
Both the living room and the kitchen part overlook a private courtyard. There are four double bedrooms (in one there is also a single sofa bed and a baby coat)
The 3 bathrooms (one of which is in the bedroom) are complete.
Air conditioning free WiFi.
The check-in time is from 16:00. at 20.00 After 20:00, check-in costs € 30.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival; after 22:00 check-in costs € 50.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival; Check-out must take place before 10.00 to allow for a thorough cleaning of the house. The first set of sheets (towels and sheets) is included in the price, further changes must be requested with adequate notice and cost € 15 per person.
the Rome city council has introduced a new tourist tax of Euro 6 per person per night, not applicable for children under 10 years, the tax must be payd upon arrival at check in, only cash will be accepted.

The apartment is gorgeous, even nicer than the listing! Location is great, in a quiet and pretty neighborhood, and very close to The Vatican. Host was wonderful! The communication and checkin process was easy and clear. We had a fabulous visit and would rent this apartment again!

This was an excellent home base for our 3 nights in Rome during our 2 week stay around Italy. There were 6 adults, and it was so nice everyone having their own bathroom per couple. We enjoyed the common areas to take advantage of mornings and evenings together. Communication was efficient and clear. Check in was a breeze. There are a few steps down that were easily navigated. We also took advantage of the washing machine and large drying rack that handled all of our laundry. Look no further!

There was plenty of room and we loved the decor. It was a great location and it was very clean. The check in process was very easy. They assisted with transportation and were easy to contact. Great location- literally blocks from the Vatican. This apartment is very spacious and wonderful for a family. There is a large grocery store a few blocks away which is a huge plus. The neighborhood is great with some terrific restaurants and gelato shops right around the corner! The host Cecelia was helpful and very responsive.

Basement apartment which is roomy but little natural lite. Kitchen was good for the needs of our group of 8. AC works great. Location is great for the Vatican but the old Rome wall makes walking to other locations abiT long. Before you book look at a map and find the wall to see if that is an issue.

We stayed in Rome for a few days on our vacation to Italy and the apartment was perfect for us. Being our first stop in Italy, it was a little tricky with landing early and needing a place to go with kids so early, but they were very understanding and let us check in early so the kids could adjust to the time zone change. The apartment itself is nestled in a quiet street near the Vatican with a bunch of restaurants, shops and supermarkets in walking distance. We felt safe and everything was accessible. There was also a taxi stand 5 mins away so it was easy to grab a cab to go around Rome. The host was great with communication, easy to ask questions to and responded quickly. Would easily rent from again and can’t thank her enough for making my kids’ first trip to Italy a memorable one!

Properly was a great location and very accommodating for our group. Host was helpful in checkin process and booking transfers. A side note- only 1 towel set per guest so if more are required, you will need to prepare. Washer on site but only drying rack- no dryer.

Very nice neighborhood very close to the Vatican, subway, and many wonderful restaurants. A full-service grocery store is a short walk away and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements. Accommodations are modern and very comfortable. Very quiet location even though it is in the center of activities. Highly recommended for a wonderful Roman holiday.

We are a 3 generation family of 10 and we had a wonderful stay in Cecilia's apartment. It was exactly as pictured, there was lots of space for all of us. The bathrooms were large and modern. The kitchen was well equipped, and we made many meals there. It is just a few blocks from the Vatican and it was an easy walk or short bus ride to the city center. We loved exploring Rome and definitely recommend this apartment.

We came to Rome 5 days prior to boarding a cruise. Cecilia (communicated with her prior and during our visit) and Pietro (met with us at the property) were both friendly, professional, and accommodating. The property is safe, clean, and located in a great part of the city. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and minutes away from Vatican City. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place for your stay in Rome.

This was the perfect place for our family stay in Rome! Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Clean, comfortable, great location with grocery, restaurants and shopping nearby. If you're willing to walk 20-25 minutes to get to the main Centro Storico sights, this flat is perfect. It's very spacious with high ceilings and large rooms; it's in a pleasant neighbourhood with very good restaurants and shopping; it's well-equipped and has good air conditioning. The host is great too. The rooms next to the street do have some traffic noise, but with earplugs/with the AC fan on it's no problem (and one of the rooms doesn't face the road). The Vatican is also close by. Highly recommend!
