I was staying in 306 from Oct 27-29
I just want to express how upset I have been with my entire stay here at your hotel. This would be the first time I have ever complained about any business of any sort.
First off I did not get a response from anyone in regards to a transfer from the airport to the hotel. I was still in Madrid when I emailed in regards to a transfer. I waited 2hrs with my daughter at the airport to even be able to get a driver to accept to take us to the hotel.
2nd upon arrival the room itself was not even close to a 4 Star Standard. There was hair from the previous stay and food crumbs in the sheets. Even used clothes was still in the room. Also had we known earlier that there was blankets available, we wouldn't have used our sweaters and jackets as blankets. Even the sink in the washroom is clogged and doesn't even drain properly.
3rd I just simply could not sleep anymore. My last night here, My 10 year old daughter and I could not sleep due to the arguing and domestic assault occurring outside and inside the hotel.
I have video footage from this evening/morning. Had the police been contacted sooner, guests wouldn't be complaining about these other guests arguing, punching, slapping, choking, and screaming throughout the hotel. I personally even went to the suite itself to help the situation as it was unbearable to let it just pass over and just sleep it off.
I just simply want a refund.
I hope to hear from management.
