Nice but not perfect
The hotel was nice and we were lucky to get a quiet room. The location was good. WARNING! If you plan to enjoy their pool on the check-out day, they won't let you. That was an unpleasant surprise for us as we didn't fit to the pool on our arrival day and because of the heat (36 degrees or so) we wanted to spend all day in the pool on the day we left. After a negotiation we were allowed to go to the pool but still that left a bit bad taste in my mouth as I have never been to a hotel where the pool is forbidden for the customers that are checking out. And the pool was our reason to choose this hotel so I was quite gutted for a while. The pool area itself was quite small but ok for a fee people.

Kouluttamaton henkilökunta
Yövyimme hotellissa 4 yötä, kaksi pariskuntaa sekä 6kk vauva. Puitteet ovat kunnossa, mutta hotellin ravintola on vanhanaikainen, joka juomasta lappujen kirjoittelua, jos halusi maksaa käteisellä, oli toiminta todella hidasta. Lisäksi ravintolan henkilökunta on silmiinpistävän kouluttamatonta. Ymmärsin Roomaa kierrellessäni että työvoimapula on alueella suuri.

Nice hotel with very good price. Spa amazing but extra charge. We had superior room with terrace, that made the stay nice as we stayed for a week. Superior room did not have a coffee maker that was strange. Only one iron & board in the hotel (strange as well). Were missing shampoo or some other amenities many days. Otherwise really good hotel and worth the stay.

Nice hotel
We booked 7 nights in Junior suite. When we arrived they told us that there is some problems with our room, so we have to stay the first night in their normal room, "but u will get the most nicest room for that type". I think they might just booked the hotel over full. We get 1 ticket /person to the spa for that room-episode. So we moved next day and we waited our new room in the morning before we went anywhere. We didnt had time to use the spa unfortonatly. There was also some problems with our check-in and they came knocking behind our room door and asking our passports and credit card again little time after we arrived. Breakfast was great and even we eat that on seven morning I didnt get bored at all. There was a funny looking toaster and people put inside that wrong kind of breads and those get stucked there... Restaurant a la carte was great also and the room service worked well. Only the opening hours was a bit question to me. Junior suite was really spacious and the tube was really nice. Lightning in the room was really poor and air-condition was too powerful. I asked about the air-condition from the reception and they asked would I like that they shut it off. So it was like on or off choices. Hotel location is okay and there is metro station pretty near and also big Termini station. But yeah I think this was worth of that money what we paid :)

Erittäin siisti, Moderni muotoilu sopisi ehkä paremmin johonkin muuhun kuin pienehköön hotellihuoneeseen. Olohuoneessa voisi olla edes yksi peili, WC kylpytilassa vain ainoa peili .

Overall a good stay
We stayed in a junior suite which was very convenient for a family with 2 kids. However, this room type was suprisingly not available for the first night and we were given 2 double rooms instead. Area is nice (plenty of restaurants) and the metro station is very close by.

Erinomainen hotelli
Erittäin uudenaikainen tyylikäs hotelli. Huoneen olivat A+. Pieni miinus oli sijainti. Piti mennä metrolla muutama pysäkin väli, jotta oli aivan ydinkeskustassa tai kävellen reilu kilometri.

Lovely modern touch from Rome
Very clean and super beautiful hotel! Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast, 10 eur/ each. Not a place for children; it’s allowed to take a children with you but there is nothing for children, no playing areas no pools and the hotel is in adults area. Excellent hotel to relax in Rome. Hotel gives you a map and help you to explore the city. Modern hotel but still can see the history! City hotel but not very near the biggest sights; if you dont want to walk a lot, pick something else or use taxi or metro. Both easy to use and near. If you like to use a make up, dont pick this hotel; the lightning of room is terrible for do make up. The bathroom door is black glass and there is not a lock so your traveling partner will hear you pooping. The cleaning is good but we found old stain from our room carpet. The spa is nice and not crowded but you cannot have a prosecco there like in pictures and in pool you must use a cap. Cap cost 4€ if you dont have your own. Good restaurant and amazing lobby bar with amazing pianists! So easy and lovely to spend evening while listening live music. Hotel is in a nice area but another side of hotel is a hospital so while staying you will hear ambulance many times. I could choose this again!

Äänieristys oli heikko, toki hotelli oli rauhallinen eikä melua kuulunut. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja hyvää. Sijainti oli hieman sivussa.

Kinder unter 16 J. dürfen leider nur in den kalten Draussenpool, nicht in das warme Becken, das zum Spa gehört. Für uns daher leider eine Enttäuschung. Zimmer recht hell, da direkt vor dem Fenster Lampen leuchten. Lage, Personal und Sauberkeit aber top!

The hotel overall was great. Great location for transportation links into the city centre and in a quiet neighbourhood. Although it was next to a police station the noise from the sirens wasn't too bad. I would have given the hotel 5 stars but there were some minor issues. We went with 2 kids under 10 year old and we thought we had access to the indoor pool having confirmed it with the hotel by email before we departed. However, when we got to the hotel we were told under 16s are not allowed as the pool is more of a jacuzzi than a pool and we would only be able to access the outdoor pool. However, the outdoor pool is not heated so unless you like cold swims its not usable outside summer months. The other issue was that the rooms do not have side lamps but have tiny spot lights in the ceiling so at night time its very difficult to see in the sides of the room. There were no chest of drawers in the room so we were living out of suitcases and with kids the rooms did become very messy. Finally, we had the junior suite room with the hot tub, which was great however I don't think it gets a proper deep clean too often so for the first 3-4 times we used it (due to lack of a pool) the jets would tend to spit out bits of dark fluff bits and hairs which is not great at all. On the plus side apart from one lady at the counter all the staff were very nice and helpful.

Very easy to get around via busses/ metro, lovely restaurant in the hotel and in the bar there was love piano, very very good cannot recommend enough the room was clean, had everything you need and very nice

Das Hotel ist ganz in Ordnung, wir hatten mit Kindern das Spa zusätzlich gebucht. Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig, die Servicekräfte sind stets bemüht freundlich, aber kommen beim Frühstück nicht hinterher. Wenn man nur ein zwei Tage im Hotel ist, ist das in Ordnung. Ansonsten ist das Hotel verlängere Aufenthalte nicht zu empfehlen.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and started our days well. The location is great, very walkable from Roma Termini but far enough that it's not so busy.
