Da Leone's hip designer furnishings and clean lines are a bright surprise within one of Rome's old palaces in the heart of the Historic Centre, "Il Centro Storico" of Rome. Leave your door and enter into the beautiful and chic Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina, one of Rome's historic Piazzas, and just a short walk to the Spanish Steps (yet your apartment is peaceful). You will be walking distances to all the major sites, plus Via Condotti shopping, great restaurants, gelaterias, cafes, bars and intimate trattorias. A wonderful outdoor market is an easy walk away for daily shopping of the freshest fruits and vegetables imaginable. The apartment is quiet, has all the mod cons, including WIFI, microwave, automatic espresso machine, clothes washer, dishwasher, plus a portiere and an elevator.

Just off the Piazza Lucina on the first floor of this 17th century Palazzo is this spacious and elegant 110 sq.mt. two bedroom apartment with living room, plus separate kitchen with dining area seating 4. Large double-glazed windows provide both silence and plenty of light. A beautiful new bathroom with roman tiles, and bright modern kitchen complete the picture. Modern furnishings create tranquil surroundings. A short walk to Spanish Steps, shopping, museums, and Metro stop makes it an ideal location. You will love this tastefully restored apartment in a modern idiom "a la Philippe Starck".
It is approximately a 5 minute walk from "Spagna" Metro station (at "Piazza di Spagna", line A). 7 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and a 12 minutes walk to the Vatican.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Rome
This two bedroom apartment was very clean, well kept and in the heart of Rome close to the Spanish Steps. It was hard to leave this little piece of Rome. You're close to great resturants, great shopping and you're off on a side street so it's not too noisy, We very much appreciated the basket of fruit,cold water in the fridge,wine and the beautiful yellow roses. What a lovely surprise after travelling for over 20 hours. Thank you. We will be back!

Top notch stay
Everything was super clean. Location was very convenient, safe and quiet at night. The check in process was easy and Commendable Rentals continued to be responsive and helpful throughout our stay. So nice to be greeted with fresh fruit, flowers, wine, coffee and chilled water already waiting in the apartment..Only think I would change would be a slightly larger shower. I was OK but my husband is tall so the phone booth style shower was a little tight for him.

Very spacious and well equipped 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. Close enough to walk to many of the main tourist sites, but far enough away that the immediate surrounding area isnt too crowded with people. Rental company was very attentive. Would stay here again!

Great and central place to stay in Rome
The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. We had a main bedroom for the adults and another one with 2 twin beds for the kids. The host met us at the apartment and showed us around. There were flowers, fresh fruit, snacks, water and a bottle of wine to greet us which was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The location is within walking distance to several sites including Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon among others. There are tons of shops and restaurants around. The bedrooms and living room had air conditioning which was very necessary. The beds were a little hard. Overall great place and location when stayijg in Rome.

Perfect Roman Holiday!
From the moment we booked this beautiful apartment, the experience was wonderful. Adriana kept in contact to ensure we knew what to expect and how to make the most of our stay. Once we arrived, she met us there to give us a quick orientation and answer all our questions. She even had a bowl of fresh fruit waiting for us. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and has every amenity you could want, including a washer/dryer. Our daughters loved the room with twin beds - we really felt right at home. The location couldn't be better. It is steps away from great restaurants, luxury shopping, and just minutes from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. We were able to walk to the Colosseum one day and to the Vatican on the next day (each about 25 minutes). And when our vacation was at an end, Adriana arranged for a driver to pick us up at our door and take us to the airport. (We enjoyed our ride with Elie!) We hope to someday return to this wonderful apartment - it was the perfect vacation spot!

Great location!
Adriana the manager was a complete joy to work with! She was there to greet us and show us everything we needed! The apartment was very nice, only a few things would have made it perfect! The master bedroom did not have any black out curtains, and bright lights shining in through the night. Some small Has towels would have be great a a s well! Overall, a very nice stay!

The apartment itself is modern, clean, has everything you need, and provides enough space for up to 4 guests for a nice stay in Rome. Furthermore, it is located in the middle of everything: Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Castel Sant'Angelo, Vatican, Piazza Navona, Colosseum/Forum Romanum, shopping (Via del Corso), and dining options: everything is within 5-20 min walking distance. For us, it was the perfect location for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in a fabulous location-we walked to Spanish steps and fountain of trevi within 10 mins. Colosseum about a 20 min walk and Vatican about 30 mins. Great restaurants nearby. Adriana was incredibly helpful as we checked in. Definitely recommend

Perfect stay!
We were so amazed at how smoothly the entire experience was. We took advantage of their airport pick up, which gave us front door drop off to the apartment. They also took us back to the cruise port, which was a huge help with knowledgeable and safe drivers. Communication before and during our stay was reliable and quick. The location over the have been more perfect. Looking over a bakery and gelato shop, couldn’t imagine a better apartment, since it had absolutely everything we needed and more. can’t wait to return!

We loved everything about this apartment in Rome. The neighborhood was quaint and had everything we needed within walking distance. This was a quiet apartment with enough space for our family of 4 to be very comfortable. We had 2 teens with us, ages 15 & 18 and we had plenty of space. The communication was excellent with the property manager and they met us on site when we arrived. They also set up a driver to pick us up at the airport. We would stay here again and recommend this apartment to any family traveling in Rome.

A comfortable stay in the heart of Rome
I spent 4 nights in Rome staying at this property with my family. The location was excellent. Many of the important sites are within walking distance. We had great dining experiences (including gelato) in the piazza right on the door step of the apartment. Grocery and a pharmacy are also steps away. The apartment was well appointed with towels, linens, wi-fi, etc. We had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great (hot water and pressure). The in suite washer/dryer combo was also a nice amenity. The AC worked well. The apartment was clean and tidy with easy access from the building entrance to the apartment (only a few steps up). Everything was as expected. Adriana greeted us upon arrival at the apartment. She was friendly, and helpful with our questions. We arranged transport from the Rome airport to the apartment through Adriana. This took some stress off. We had an easy ride from the airport with a very nice driver. We are thankful that Adriana offered this transport option. I would recommend this property to my family and friends. If we’re back in Rome I would stay here again.

Perfect location!
My husband and two kids really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was the perfect location, super clean and modern. Adriana, the property manager, arranged a driver (Elie) for pick up from the airport. Both Adriana and Elie were very friendly and helpful. We plan to visit Rome again in the future and we will love to stay here again.

Amazing perfect central location with the most incredible host ~ Adriana! Adriana welcomed us personally, had the apartment ready with water, flowers, snacks, offered suggestions for dining, coordinated a driver, and walked us through items we may need to use during our weeklong stay. Super clean, comfortable, spacious and only steps away (literally) from incredible gelato and food. I cannot say enough positive feedback about not only the apartment but Adriana as well!!!!

4 days stay in the heart of Rome. Great location, walking distance to many historic locations, restaurants, and shopping. A bit noisy from neighbors and early workers, but definitely would stay again. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive.

The property was amazing! It was situated in the perfect spot close to shops, restaurants and sights. Susan was very helpful during the planning stages of our trip and Adriana was very helpful once we arrived ( she even rescued us when we were lost)! Loved everything about our stay.
