Delightful apartment in the heart of the Spanish District, recently renovated and on the second floor with elevator. It enjoys a small romantic balcony with a view onto the roofs of Rome. It is surprisingly very quiet and silent.

The house is for non smokers, even if you could smoke in the terrace. Pest by request, with an extra charge. Free Wi Fi in the entire facility. We ask our guests to leave the rooms of the apartment free of trash bags and dirty dishes. IMPORTANT: There is an extra charge to be paid in person for the key delivery: 20.00 (only in case of check in after 8 p.m and precisely from 8 p.m to 10 p.m with an extra of 10.00 for each hour or fraction of an hour after 10 p.m). 50.00 (in the event of a night emergency for stolen keys or for other reasons that require our presence). We remind our kind guests that they need to pay the city taxes of the municipality of Rome, which amounts to 5.50 per person per day (for a maximum of 10 consecutive days). Children under the age of ten don't pay the tax.
