Hyvä sijainti, rauhallinen
Huone ei sijaitse samassa talossa kuin hotellin toimisto vaan toisella puolella Fontana di Treviä. Huone sijaitsee erittäin rauhallisella sisäpihalla n. 100 metriä suihkulähteestä. Henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Huone oli pienempi kuin kuvista päättelin. Kaksi lisäsänkyä lapsille söi kaiken tilan olohuoneesta. Ei tosin hirveästi haitannut. Aamiainen tuotiin varhain aamulla ovelle ja sisälsi makeita croisantteja, maitoa, hedelmiä ja mehua. Astiat oli joka päivä tiskattu ja huone siivottu sillä välin kun olimme kaupungilla. Jostain syystä telkkarista näkyi vain pari kanavaa. Onneksi lapsille oli tarjolla muutama DVD levy joista oli iloa illalla. Lämmin vesi tuntui loppuvan nopeasti, lapset kävivät kylvyssä eikä sen jälkeen lämmintä vettä tullut kuin vasta seuraavana iltana.

No wash clothes, no shampoo or conditioner, no facial tissue. Staff only there from 9-15 hundred hours. Toilet did not flush properly, Shower was often cold water only. We stayed here in 2014 and the property has gone down hill since then.

Wow!
Amazing stay right in the heart of the sites in Rome. We could see a bit of the Trevi Fountain from our room. 5 min walk to the Panthenon. 18 min walk to the Forum and Colosseum. 5 min walk to Spanish Steps. 30 min walk to The Vatican. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room, deluxe shower.

We loved this hotel! Great location, spacious and comfortable. You could actually see the Trevi Fountain from our room! Great location within walking distance to so many historical highlights. Great restaurant located right downstairs.

Dusche nicht dicht, TV geht nachts von alleine an, Bett Matratze Kissen Katastrophe, überhalb des Zimmers jeden Schritt gehört, Badezimmer Verkalkungen Boden Dusche, Schimmel unterhalb des Fensters, Klo-Brille war kaputt, überall Staub und Dreck. Beim Einchecken mussten wir ins dritte Stock, aber unser Zimmer war komplett alleine im ersten Stock. Beim auschecken an der Rezeption (3.Stock) sah ich komplett andere Zimmer wo zum Hotel gehören. Darauf hin fühlte ich mich einfach verarscht. Lage: TOP TOP TOP !!!!!! Ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben aber das musste ich tun es tut mir leid das ist die Wahrheit.

It could be a lot better
Very central location next to Trevi Fountains. The room was adequate for our stay but could have been much better with more maintenance and better heating. The bathroom was freezing. The downstairs kitchen was a nice touch. It had a Nespresso machine and microwave.

Chose because they noted they had an elevator and I have to use a walker. Stairs required for room and even for check in. No window in room, it was like a closet that was converted. No phone in room so no one could reach us nor could we reach reception desk. You had to climb steps to get to reception. You had to haves key to get into building and if you didn’t no one answered the bell. It was horrific place to stay. We couldn’t even get another room nearby because of location.

飯店地址蠻市中心的，從飯店走到許願池只需幾步路。服務態度很熱情。但是飯店的大門一開始很難打開後來要求換鑰匙才好點。第一兩天住的房間較差，整理不太乾淨而且床鋪躺起來也感覺癢癢的。浴室和廁所是分開的，在洗澡的時候水會噴出去。廁所的吹風機也壞了，吹幾秒就吹不了了。房門也很難關。飯店大廳到下午就會關燈，樓道裡非常黑，有點危險。後來第三天提議換房就好很多，浴室床鋪就沒什麼問題，但發現有螞蟻在床鋪附近。

O hotel é muito bem localizado, no centro de praticamente todos os lugares mais importantes de Roma. O quarto é bonito e aconchegante. A Cama é boa mas os travesseiros deixam a desejar. O ralo do box do banheiro estava entupido quando chegamos e pedimos pra arrumar, melhorou, porém ainda ficava um pouco de água empossada. O secador de cabelo era bem ruim também. No geral é um quarto de hotel ok. Vale o custo benefício.

Kamen spät Abends an und wurden nach ein paar Minuten warten in unser eigentlich gewünschtes Nichtraucherzimmer gebracht. Bei Eintritt roch es dermaßen nach Zigarettenrauch, dass sich unser Begleiter direkt entschuldigte.Nach einer Nacht lüften war das dann okay.Die Ausstattung ist eigentlich sehr gut,aber mittlerweile ziemlich „abgerockt“. Es ist nicht super sauber. Die Lage ist toll und mit Ohrstöpseln kann man auch bei offenem Fenster gut schlafen. Die Matratze ist sehr gut, Preis Leistung stimmt.Haben uns nach anfänglichem Geruchsschock eigentlich wohl gefühlt.

The location and service was amazing! Francesca especially was so incredibly helpful during our stay it made such a great impact on our trip. The space was perfect, tucked on a quiet street but super close to Trevi fountain. Francesca was great at providing advice and even helped me out when I left an item behind. We loved the location! The staff was also great! But the property definitely is a need of a remodel. The shower was falling apart and the water sprayed all over the floor it was not pleasant at all! The bed comforter and sheets need to be replaced, they are OLD & nasty! The mattress was tolerable just don't expect any pillow top mattress :) pillows need to be replaced! But if you are looking for the perfect location... This is your hotel its right in the middle of everything, you can walk to all the exciting sites Rome is known for! we were able to see the Trevi fountain right from our window! Great coffee shops & places to eat near by. We recommend a nearby restaurant called- Thats Amore, it has the best pasta dishes! A small coffee shop called Tazza De' Orro served the best Cappuccino its the closest you will get to an american coffee :) they also have great pastries!

Simplesmente incrível!!! O hotel fica muito perto da Fontana do Trevi. Do meu quarto podia vê-la. A área é segura, sempre há policiais por perto. Tem um McDonald’s perto que é bom para tomar café. Nós íamos ao Panteão para almoçar e jantar, que também é muito perto do hotel. O hotel é bem simples e aconchegante. O quarto muito limpo e o banheiro também. Recomendo esse hotel.

Ubicación idónea junto a la Fontana de Trevi. Hay wifi. Baño completo pero interior, sin ventana de ventilación. No hay personal 24 horas en recepción y la televisión solo recibía canales de RAI. Tampoco pudimos preguntar cómo ajustar la calefacción o el aire acondicionado por no haber nadie en recepción. Tampoco acertamos a manipular las cafeteras que había a nuestra disposición. Nos prestaron paraguas, lo que fue un servicio magnífico ya que lloviznaba durante nuestra estancia

Mi estancia ha sido buena, a pesar de que la zona es muy ruidosa y había obras en el hotel. Afortunadamente teníamos tours reservados para bien temprano, pero los ruidos comenzaban a las 8am y habría sido imposible descansar de querer hacerlo. Lo demás ha estado bien: la habitación es espaciosa, el baño está bien equipado y todo limpio. El recepcionista era muy amable y servicial, e incluso nos ha reservado un taxi. Recomiendo este alojamiento.

Great location in the very center of Rome!! Very close to shopping, most of historical attractions walking distance. But very basic minimum comfort room. Very pleasant staff.

Perfect location
The staff was fantastic the rooms were very nice. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable in Townhouse fontana but the townhouse Roma the mattresses and pillow were comfy. Both are in the same bldg. We stayed in both. The location is perfect to everything within 10-15 minutes to everything except the Vatican and we choose to just take a taxi. the taxi stand is a block from hotel. Nice area about 100feet from Trevi fountain. Would stay again.

Great location! Steps from Trevi Fountain is incredible, and conveniently near public transportation
Property is nice and rooms are good size. Our bathroom was very large with multiple shower heads and sinks, a nice addition for the two of us. Location is amazing and so convenient and easy to get around the city. We were also accommodated well when it came to receiving an early check-in. The bed was the only slight downfall; a bit thin and not overly comfortable. There could have been more pillows provided, as well as additional blankets. All in all, very positive experience!

Great location!!! Basically by Trevi Fountain. Close walk to tour meeting locations. Francesca very friendly and helpful. Always answered questions by text if not there. All staff very helpful. Only negative was our bathroom was older and in need of a face lift and some fixing up. TV was hit and miss with regards to connection, even when they tried to fix it. Comfortable, well secure place to stay. Would stay again.

Absolutely great location. There are only 4 hotel rooms in this apartment building and when you get there the halls are extremely dark and there is no info as to where the office is. Found out you push any of the white buttons in the hallways and the lights come on and we, by happenstance, after searching all the floors, found the office on the third floor around a couple of corners. It is very bare bones but shower was hot and all we really needed was a place to sleep.
