”A smart little hotel with a decent sized bar area that terraced on to the street a good selection of drinks and background music lead to an easy going atmosphere. We never ate at the property as food is only available Wednesday to Sunday the room was well fitted out a brilliant shower with a good supply of consumables supplied ,the bed was ok the springs feel a bit worn, we drove to the hotel and parked the car in the Park pub opposite the hotel there's an arrangement where you put your car reg...
”Cliff and Jane run a wonderful B&B and are convenient to restaurants in downtown Southport. They always asked if there was anything we needed and helped with dinner reservations. I heartily recommend tithe Leicester for your stay in Southport. ”

Everyone at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, the garden terrace with the room looked magical lit up at night. ”I feel I have stumbled across a hidden gem! What makes The Farm stand out for me is the customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, they even rang on my day of arrival to ensure I had all the relevant details needed to enjoy my stay as I was arriving late. It has a real family feel, and breakfast (made by the owners mum) was delicious. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for having us.”
”We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.

”Place is managed by one man Tom who was very nice ...Owner was off to Birmingham as we arrived and another lady disappeared when I spoke to her so not much of a welcome . Place needs work and cleaning tbh ... Basic standards are a must especially in a town with so much competition.. Hotel had two names which doesn't help.Think we were the only ones there but we were the only ones for breakfast ... Took a while to get any response from anyone as place was deserted but got there in the end ...Tom...
