”It was a wonderful stay in a French chateau in the countryside. We rented a car so there was no issue with transportation but I’m not sure how you would get around if you didn’t have one. Our room was on the top floor but they helped carry the suitcases up as there was no elevator. I was worried about not having air conditioning but there was a fan in the room and when the windows were open it had a nice cross breeze so it wasn’t an issue. ”Wenn man das Memorial von Cean besuchen möchte, hat das Hotel eine super Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß dort. Für die Altstadt ist man ca 40 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs. Einen Supermarkt mit großer Auswahl kann man in gut 10 Minuten erreichen. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, es gibt eine Bar mit freundlichem Personal und einen Pool. Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel sind super, insgesamt war ich hier zufrieden.”

”The staff were wonderful, very attentive and friendly. We were in a stand alone house operated by the hotel. The only issue we believe exists, is the need for additional seating in the common area. Such as a large sofa. The location is a few minute walk to shops, restaurants, and the tapestry. A great home base for Normandy battle sights. ”

”Hotel was cosy. It was close to center and area was silent. Hotel parking was small, but it was easy to find public parking close to hotel. Personel was polite and having good humor. Hotel is a little bit warn out, but clean in French. We did not took breakfast, because we prefer to have it in small cafe in the center. Tap water pressure was low to have good shower. In general we can recommend the hotel.”
