"The hotel is right on the bay, so it's has a nice ocean-front feel. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is important to know that the shuttle goes to the Oakland Airport. (Not their fault, but I misread that and had to make some adjustments to get to and from SFO.)"

"Parking was $24. The hotel is showing its age and could definitely use renovations. My room was clean, but it had a strong old, musty smell. The staff were cordial, though not particularly warm or welcoming. The hotel does have a small indoor pool and a small indoor hot tub, which was a nice amenity. ..."

"Convenient for the airport, with a half-hourly shuttle bus. A comfortable hotel, with a good restaurant, excellent breakfasts and very pleasant staff. A pleasant stay albeit brief."

"Check in was great, room was nice. Bed was comfortable, when i went to take a shower i checked the towels and (2) of them had hair on them. I am bit of a phob when it comes to other peoples hair but there was a huge black hair hanging down off the white towels, That instantly gave me the ick. Shower ..."
