”Very noisy with guests down at the pool blasting music and yelling. Finally got quiet at 10:00 on a Sunday night. But then the halls were the center of all the noise. But other than that we’ve been staying here for years. It had changed with the homeless voucher program.”

”Overall satisfied with my stay at Dena; all complaints have to do with parking. Upon check-in, was informed that the garage underneath the hotel was $30 per night. Expensive, but bit the bullet and paid. It was only once I got to the garage that I learned that there is an 18hr $15 option, minus in/out privileges. As I was only staying one night, why was this not mentioned as an option at check-in? Furthermore, there are parts of the garage that are only open... some of the time? When we went to...
