”Really good place for a group — the dining room and living room area is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Proximity to the Colleges, especially Pomona south campus, can’t be beat!”

The property description does not say that the back of the property has permanent tenants. The description also notes the free parking as a perk in the area but the permanent tenants make that impossible as they park at the bottom of the driveway and make it impossible to park...

”great location. Quiet yet walking distance to several shops, restaurants and businesses. Kitchen is a bit sparse but functional. Fenced in patio is great.”

”The House was absolutely wonderful for a large group. The beds were comfortable and we were greatful for the additional comforters supplied. There were plenty of large pots and pans for cooking for a larger group. Our only problem was with check in as we didn’t receive the information ahead of time and there was some confusion re: cost for additional people that the owner rectified ultimately following a conversation h kk (thank you.) r”

”The property was very clean anf in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our only issue was there is something going on with the sewer system. The showers did not drain well. But other than that, I would stay here again.”

”Everything was fine in the beginning until it rained which was when the ceiling began leaking water and puddles causing flooding from water seeping in from under the floor boards which caused a slip and fall injuring my ankle and ruining some personal items like shoes and clothing from water damage and loss of sleep and comfort and fear or safety hazards. I informed the hosts which they responded they would have management contact me but I never received any response or communications or...

”Clean and comfy. Could use a bit more amenities in the kitchen. A blender is always nice. Maybe some better pots and pans. Also would be nice if we knew that street parking is not allowed unless you apply for a permit with the city of Alhambra. But it a nice place over all. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was nice and one main bath area with a nice tub. Great for 2 couples. Or coworkers wanting space and own 🚽”

”Sage Cottage was an excellent place to stay! We were in Southern CA for four days and it was centrally located to the places we visited on our vacation. The house was cute and clean. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. And the price was very affordable! I would definitely recommend this property.”
