”Property was perfect for us. Pool was not heated which was fine during our stay with the temps in the 90's. Bedrooms and linens were clean and comfortable. Garage is a separate unit where the property owners friend lives. He was very friendly and we didn't even know he was there. Overall this was a perfect place to stay for a bigger family.”

”With 4 bedrooms that have their own bathrooms, and a spare, this house worked beautifully for 4 over 40 friends in town for an event! Tim is communicative, and was so very accommodating to us. The house is tucked in a cute neighborhood, and is really quiet (if you're like me, and are sensitive to street sounds). It has 2 rooms downstairs, which was great for one of our members who had torn her meniscus 2 days before we came to town. Hopefully we can come back for next year!”

”This property was in a cute, safe neighborhood, across from a church. There were restaurants and lots of bubble tea in the nearby area, about 2 miles from Old Pasadena. Inside the house was almost as described. I was disappointed to find only 1 queen bed and the futon was only a mattress on the floor. I don’t think 4 people could sleep here.
