”Nice older property. Well maintained and very clean. 2 chairs and a table in the room were definitely a plus. Very friendly staff, efficient and accommodating. Even though it is on a main street the courtyard is relatively quiet and shielded the street noise.”

”The property worked out well for us. It had a comfy feeling. It had the basics that we needed but would have been nice to have a little more essentials, laundry soap, blow dryer, and extra blankets. The first bedroom did not have heat going into it. Could be because the hall vent is dusty? I did unplug one bedroom light as it was flickering when off and I worried about a fire hazard. Also, a little map to find the apartment would be perfect. ”

”This is the third year me and my friends have stayed at Gustavo's rental. Each year it has met our expectations. It is very well maintained, directions are clear and concise, and the host is not only easy to communicate but accommodates you as best as he can. Each bed is very comfortable and the rental easy slept me and all my friends. The backyard is a great hangout spot for early morning or in the evenings. Possibly one of my favorite rentals I have stayed in.”

”The property was not what we expected. We had a hard time finding the unit and after 3 calls to the 24/7 hotline we found it without their help. The unit was not the number we were given and we finally found a map near the community building. The surrounding neighborhood is very questionable. The outside seating area had not been cleaned a there was old coffee cups let out there from previous renters. The dishwasher was kind of broken but with some messing with the parts we were able to get it...

”We were in Queen Creek for an event (20 minutes away) and are so glad we found this property we stayed over an additional day ! I only wish we were able to stay longer but we had a fantastic weekend and it was wonderful to have this beautiful house to “come home” to at the end of each day ! So many things to do in the area that we just didn’t have enough time to take advantage of but we’re planning another trip and plan on staying at this property again !”

”This place was perfect for our week long stay. We enjoyed the patio and pool a lot. Everything was stocked well and also very easy to use appliances. Definitely would stay again. It fit all six of us 4 adults and two teens with space. Everything was very clean and well kept. Neighborhood was very quiet and clean.”
