”Stay was nice. We had a person in next hotel room blasting their TV in late night ruining our sleep. I called front desk and they handled it immediately. Took two calls but guessing the problem guest was the issue. A big thank you to staff foe caring and fast handling. ”

”My reservation was canceled when I showed up at the property. They didn't call or email me to say this, I had to drive 1.5 hr to find this out. They told me they will refund and this was on 3/6. After 72 hrs, there was no refund. I called Expedia and got no refund after another 72 hrs. I finally called again to finally get a full refund. Im glad it was canceled; the neighborhood was not the best. I would be afraid my car would be broken in. The owner/receptionist stays in the handicap room next...

”My first impression it looked a little rough parking was a little sketchy found the front desk person in the liquor store that’s connected to the hotel but once we got our key card the rooms was clean and wash room was easy accessible, place was quiet at night ”

”Checked into a non-smoking room, and the moment I walk in it smells like smoke in the air, pillows, sheets, etc. Staff was nice and friendly which was great. Said it was a queen bed but looked and felt like a full. Fridge was very big and spacious and having a microwave was a nice addition, I will admit. No sound proofing in the walls so you can hear people above you (if on bottom floor) using running water, showering, or going up and down the stairs. Woke me up a few times in the night. TV...
