Vi förlängde vår resa och bodde kvar på hotellet. Sarandas BÄSTA hotell, kommer aldrig bo någon annanstans igen när jag är där. Frukosten var jätte bra, personalen var fantastiska och tillgängliga 24/7. Rummen var otroligt fräscha, fina och fanns allt man behövde. Personalen var behjälpliga med allting. 10/10 vistelse! Kunde inte önskat att något var bättre.

This is gorgeous! We had a bad experience because the rooms weren’t accurately described. We requested separate beds and only one bed was available at check in. So we had to pay 46 euros more for a room with 2 beds. The next night the suite says it sleeps 4 and has a pull out bed. We were told we couldn’t use it because it’s only for a child 12 and under. This is not described anywhere in the descriptions of the room. I was forced to book another room for the night.

We had a Junior Suite. It was very good. Modern and big. Downside with this hotel is the pillows which are uncomfortable and their curtains who does not block out lights as good as they should. Otherwise a good hotel.

Nice Boutique Hotel
Nice boutique hotel steps from the beach and with a small rooftop pool. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds and nice pillows. Free parking available which was great. The hotel is about 30min walk to the port area where all the restaurants, bars and clubs are.

Hôtel et service décevants
La déception résume notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Ce n'est pas un 4* mais un mediocre 3*. Les notions de service clients n'existent pas. Il faut dire que le personnel a en moyenne une vingtaine d'années. Ils sont très gentils mais inexpérimentés et ce qu'on comprend tres vite c'est que nous somme des distributeurs à billets. Les conseils donnés pour visiter les alentours sont généralement mauvais et ressemblent plus a des combines pour faire gagner de l'argent à leurs amis que de vrais tips. Le petit déjeuner inclus offre tous les jours la même chose avec peu de produits frais. La literie est bonne mais si vous cherchez la vue sur mer vendue sur le site passez votre chemin. En-dessous du 4e etage vous avez une vue sur la route, des arbres et les beach clubs alentours, qui vous offre une cacophonie mélodieuse de 10h à minuit. La chambre correspond bien aux photos par ailleurs mais la salle de bain est minuscule. La mini piscine sur le toit ne permet pas d'accueillir plus de 6 personnes et si vous n'êtes pas levés a 8am oubliez la possibilité d'avoir un bed ou un transat. La plage privée est juste constituée de transats sur un bout de cailloux, par la suite vous squattez les plages privees alentours pour pouvoir vous baigner. Bref cet hôtel ne vaut pas du tout le prix demandé...

Unfortunately not the greatest of experiences. The hotel overall was clean and had proper facilities. But other than that it was mainly walls and a roof. The rooftop pool was less to be desired, and the advertised rooftop bar appears to have been abandoned by the facility for economic reasons. That being said for the price and the product received their was a poor return on investment.

The hotel was nice and it was walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. The rooftop pool was nice. The only bad part was that the bathroom had a very bad smell but we only stayed two days do we lived with it. I would stay here again

The hotel was beautiful, extremely clean, and the staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful. One of their employees in particular, Flori was very welcoming, helpful, and great to conversate with. The staff really takes pride in working there and ensuring that their guests enjoy their stay.

This is an excellent hotel for a stay in Saranda. Quiet, yet close to restaurants, beach clubs (hotel has its own small beach access), underground parking, lovely rooftop. Exceptionally clean and everything was modern and on point. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Teresa at the front desk. Would not stay anywhere else next time i’m in Saranda.

Really nice property being run by a young friendly crew. They have an area with sunbeds, but directly outside the hotel. Really nice breakfast with fresh bread. We enjoyed and would return.

Die Lage mit Meerblick, die Austattung der Zimmer, das freundliche Personal, das tolle Frühstück, der Pool auf dem Dach, sowie der Hotel Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Strandmeister war sehr hilfsbereit und konnte einem gute Ausflugstipps geben oder auch z.B. mal auf Wunsch eine leckere Pizza an den Strand bestellen. Für die Zukunft wäre ev. ein Konzept wo man die Badetücher im Badezimmer auf den Boden legen kann, falls man frische Tücher möchte, noch spannend (Umweltgedanke). Anstelle von einem täglichen Wechsel.

Everything was beautiful, nice and new hotel very chic and modern, excellent location next to the most beautiful beaches of Sarandë . The pool at the roof is fab with stunning views and the most beautiful sunsets.But the most important that made my holiday was the staff , you would never find the most polite cheerful and caring staff team. I had a health problems the day that i arrived, but they were so caring and looked after me all the time, i can’t be more grateful. I travel to a lot of 5 stars hotels around the world and I would give 5 star to this Hotel as well. I would also like to give special Thank you to the Manager Qazim and one more guy I don’t know his name, and also the receptionist Angela and all the others that look after me and my kids during my short stay. I can highly recommend this hotel
