You will have access to the entire house. You also can park on our garage and street parking (no permit needed) so parking would be a breeze! Guests have access to both townhomes—a 4BR/2.5BA and a 3BR/2.5BA unit —offering ample space for larger groups. Please note the two homes are separate, and there is no internal path connecting the units.

- Maintenance workers (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to work on exterior areas, but they won't be allowed inside the home without your permission. Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for children, please don't leave them unsupervised.
