”The place was clean and comfortable. The location was great, just over 10 minute walk to the Space needle or Pikes market. I only have 2 complaints. 1. The limited towels, we were only provided 2 bath towels and 1 bathroom hand towel and we (2 of us) were there for 5 nights. And 2, the check in process. I knew when I booked the place I would have to meet a greeter to gain access, but it turned into a hassle. It was doable but not sure I would pick a place again knowing I had to meet a greeter.”

Het contact met Ashley was super goed, reageerde snel op vragen / verzoeken en de instructies voor het in/uitchecken plus tips/suggesties voor o.a. bagageopslag, koffietentjes etc. waren heel duidelijk en nuttig. Genoeg leuke restaurants in de buurt plus een kleine (dure) supermarkt. Op loopafstand naar de Space Needle en andere bezienswaardigheden.”

”This was advertised as a pent house with a view. It was on the top floor but definitely not a pent house w a view. One has to go to the communal space on each floor in order to have a view. The windows in the apt opened onto other apartments. Also, to have to put bags in the car in the garage, exit the garage and then find parking in order to run the fob back into the building was frustrating. I was looking for a scenic view for friends unfamiliar with Seattle. I would not have chosen this place...

”The property was exactly as described, clean, modern, in a safe and convenient area with wonderful views of the Sound. The street noise is quite loud, so it is near impossible to open the windows - day or night. The bedroom shades are also quite sheer, so it is quite light especially in the mornings. I would recommend a good light blocking sleep mask and good ear plugs if you want a full sleep. Everything else about the property was excellent, so these are not too annoying if you arrive...

"The staff were extremely welcoming. Eric in particular deserves a big thank you for his excellent work. The only negative was that the valet brought us the wrong car, which caused us to wait unnecessarily for ours. Overall, the hotel was very pleasant and everything went smoothly."
