”The gentleman on the front desk was very good and the room clean and the facilities were good. The position is excellent. I was very unhappy to come back to our rooms during our stay and the room was completely open. There appeared to be no security. We had left our computer in the room and someone could have walked in and stolen it. All that was required was to leave our door shut when they were servicing the room. There was no one in the room and it was partially serviced.”

”The Royal Motel Tenterfield appears to be a typical basic country motel but it has many special features, the staff were always helpful, the generous supplies of snacks and goodies - renewed daily - and the newly renovated bathrooms made it a standout. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The position in the town was excellent, just a little off the main road so little traffic noise and the motel is situated in the generous rear allotment of the hotel. ”Very nice and clean, looks recently refurbished, old hotel. A shared self serve kitchen facility for snacks, hot drinks and breakfast was a pleasant surprise when only expecting a bed. Comfortable bed. A restaurant over the road. Pub downstairs with wood fires.”
