”The location in Carnaby/SOHO was amazing, and the place was clean and sunlit. We did experience a few issues that never got resolved in the week we were there. The place, although non-smoking has a cigarette smell. The owner suggested it may be from the bathroom vent. The bathroom sink backed up and drained very slow. I notified the owner right away, and four messages and three days later finally got a response saying she ordered a drain cover and to try closing the vent. No instruction on how...
