Carlos and Dieder from the entertainment team were full of energy and so genuine in their desire to make sure we were engaged and having fun. ”An isolated tropical paradise hotel. Lovely beach, good restaurant, nice rooms. Taxi trip to Tulum takes about 10-15 minutes, but the village at least is not worth while. Tulum beach is nice but if i would stay at this hotel again, I would not leave the hotel. Perfect place for relaxation.”

”This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive.
