”Host was awful! Never responded to my texts messages, took forever to respond via app. The guest pullout bed was tiny and short and stiff and a board. Had no sheets , comforters or pillows! The thermostat was broken and we basically froze at night ( December) . Will not be coming back to this host! ”

”The space was in a great location for most of the attractions we hoped to see while in NYC for Christmas. There were a few challenges as I received an access code for the building but the code had expired. Additionally, we did not receive a code for the unit itself.Someone let us into the building but we waited over 45 minutes to get into the unit because there was nobody at the desk to help us access the code we needed and nobody responded to the text I sent. ”Positives: Location, price, ease of access, letting us have late check out. Negatives: cleanliness (there was hair on the wall in the shower, kitchen sponge had gross stuff on it- could have been replaced), lack of sheets/linens for couch beds, lack of hand towels for kitchen and drying stuff, the only utensils were spoons. ”The room was clean comfortable and exactly as advertised. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.”

”The apartment is amazing and it’s the perfect location. Giving it a four because I tried to reach out prior to our stay about leaving our bags early. There was no response. Also, we were notified upon arrival that there would be no hot water for the entirety of our stay, without any advance warning. ”
