We were asked THREE times if we were part of a group checking in. We weren't. She scowled at me when I asked when wine and cheese was served and said "oh, you want wine??? ”It was warm hot but property hadn’t switched over to AC so was given a standing fan. Incomplete set up in kitchen. Had to ask for bowl and spoon, which staff was able to find. Charming property. Next time, will try to get a room that faces street. Great, helpful, knowledgeable front desk staff. ”

”We were in Room 220. The door was ajar when we got there. The carpet was wet. The light by the door was very dim. I went to turn on the light by the bed and the nob to turn the switch was broken. The other lights in the room was for the bathroom sink and the toilet/tub area. I took the lamp from the bed area to the front desk and asked for another. There were none available. Maintenance came by about 10 minutes later with a lamp for the bedside and he noticed we did not have a desk lamp. He came...

”What a pleasant surprise! We had a group of 8 golfers and we were looking for somewhere near Auburn for a golf tournament and extra rounds that had good reviews and wasn’t ridiculously priced and this place was great. Rooms were renovated, clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and cute retro feel. ”Good location close to downtown. As soon as we got in the room the toilet was plugged and flooded the bathroom but they fixed it quickly. Breakfast choices were limited and somewhat cold but the fresh made eggs were nice. Not much coffee left in room. Staff was very nice. ”

”The clientele were a little eclectic, and the rooms were in need of some updating. The best part of the room was the water pressure and warmth of the water in the shower.”
