”Great staff! Parking valet was complimentary, which was very convenient. One restaurant was closed at the casino for renovation but had other options. Rooms were very clean and had a great view! ”

”Beautiful historic hotel, but the AC didn’t work, and the room was hot. The hotel warns you at the thermostat that the climate control isn’t great and encourages you to open windows. However, two of the three windows were bolted closed, and the third had to be propped open with a closet hangar. The beautiful antique dresser drawer mirror pointed at the ground and wasn’t useable. Lastly, we were only given decaf coffee, and the staff isn’t available in the morning until 8am to assist.”

”I really enjoy staying here. We come here and stay bc of softball tournaments. Any time we are playing in the Sacramento area we choose to stay here! Let me tell you why…. 1. The staff is very friendly and are always smiling and helpful! 2. The entire hotel is spotless and brand new looking 3. The parking is easy and safe 4. The breakfast is awesome! Wide variety of food choices. 5. The price you pay to stay there is reasonable and you definitely are getting your money’s worth.”
