”The ice machine worked the first day we arrived, but it broke down and wasn’t repaired until our last day. We were ar the hotel for 10 days, The front desk would give us ice if we went downstairs. ”

”Beautiful hotel, very clean, nice rooms and bathrooms, golf simulator in the lobby, beautifully presented free breakfast, ice machines also dispense water, fast elevators. Only drawback is the hotel's immediate surroundings. It is almost like it is in an industrial/business park and there are construction sites around it, so it will never have a nice view of anything. Room had a fridge, but no microwave, but we were able to have one delivered. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!”

”Our family stayed five nights in two queen sixed beds rooms. Rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeping came everyday.
Our rooms were next to the nearby highway and the traffic noises were quite loud.
Breakfast was better than in other hotels we stayed: pancakes, boiled eggs, breakfast muffins, yoghurt, cerials, bagels, fruit...
Only minus was hotel wifi which did not really worked anywhere.
Everything went well: staff was friendly and they responded quickly when needed. Our bathroom faucet...
”This is a lovely unit, well appointed and well decorated. The kitchen has everything you need for basic meal prep. Plenty of linens, the beds are comfy. There is a little trail behind to row that comes out right across from mini-golf. Our grandkids loved all of the amenities of the lodge, and the cost to use those facilities was reasonable. Stop and pick up the full size map at the Lodge, it will give you detailed hours and prices for the specific time of your stay. They are very friendly and...

We enjoyed walking to most places since the location of the hotel was very central, the subway stops were also very close by. Booked The River hotel as it was one of the few hotels I could find with twin beds at a reasonable price located within walking distance to grant park. The room was compact but it was warm, clean, had a microwave oven, mini fridge and espresso machine. Location was absolutely brilliant. Magnificent mile just the other side of the river and plenty of shops, restaurants, bakeries right next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, only really had interaction at checking. Highly recommend, I certainly would stay there next time."
