”The quietest apartment complex we have ever visited. Great location to the Fashion mall…quite walkable. Old town is walkable, but with the heat, driving is more practical. This time of year parking is easy as the high season is over. Didn’t swim after all, but the pool looked clean and inviting.”

”It was the perfect place for my short weekend stay. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice from the balcony view. There is no balcony entrance from the unit (27C). You access the balcony from the building hallway. It was too hot to enjoy the rooftop patio, but it had some comfortable spots to sit when the temps are lower.I would definitely stay here again.”

”Overall a great stay. Host had great communication and tried to work through A/C issues with us. The A/C would continuously shut off, but we were able to manage it by turning it back on. Otherwise, a great stay. Close to downtown Scottsdale, we enjoyed the pool, and the condo was nice and clean.”

The kitchen was the best stocked for cooking that we have ever rented. The patio was clean and comfortable to sit on in the evening. The parking spot is right in front of the condo.
