”The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up....

”There was mold in the shower . The plastic glassware that was provided was extremely greasy & scratched. Also, I have had month long stays at other properties & every week we were provided fresh linens & paper towels & toilet tissue. We were provided 1 kitchen towel so had to buy them. Bought sheets as didn’t want to be responsible for shoving the nice king size sheets provided into the small washer & dryer as was suggested. ”Excellent stay at Hideaway Haven. Rental was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well stocked. Liked being in a nice, quiet, residential neighborhood but also close to everything. Enjoyed sitting out on the lanai under the trees on a nice warm evening. Had a little trouble with the WiFi that Suzy took care of very quickly. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area. ”

”It was absolutely amazing Nina and Johnny were amazing host th place was beautiful I tend to not sleep at any hotel but this place felt like home I would recommend this place to any one I know and I am blessed to be able to book this place.just for some peace it was a 20 out of 10 easy ”

”Needs some upgrades. The bed was a full size, very small for a couple, should really think of upgrading to a king. Pans were old and could use replacing. Bugs and ants constant. Shower was small. Very small tv. Stovetop had missing nob and was difficult to operate. Definitely needs upgrading, left a day early, didn’t feel comfortable there. ”
